Twitter page: Kohl's Online Customer Service Link in USA

I've been trying to get information on order 6027436582. The order was placed on 4/12. I have been trying everyday for the last week to get a status on this order. I have tried tracking it through UPS without any satisfaction. I have waited for hours on customer service line and no one has ever picked up. Can anyone help me with this? Please email a response ASAP.

I am a long time customer and MVP. I have been trying to patronize the local Poway store for curbside pickup during this crazy time in retail. Imagine my surprise today when I placed an order and realized my Kohl’s cash (which was earned a week ago was already expired). I am requesting an extension on this as it is quite time consuming to even attempt to shop and stores need time to pull merchandise.

Please reply and/or replace this item to my wallet or I will have no choice but to refund the product/purchase which generated the cash and buy it elsewhere.
