After three phone calls and three days of trying to get some satisfaction from my order nothing has happened. I am thoroughly disgusted with this and will never shop kohls again. You are too inept and it is too late to rectify this as it is xmas eve. If there are any charges, i will handle with my credit card provider.

I bought it for my granddaughter for Christmas. It has never worked. I contacted the manufacturer who was going to email me. never got the email. How do I exchange it?

I have to say, I have become really dissatisfied with Kohls in Hodgkins Illinois. It really used to be a nice store where you could go anytime and find what you needed or wanted in a hurry and their quality was as good as Carson's and you know what happened to them! You are unsurpassed for bath towels and children's items but your clothes and the quality of them has gone down to 0. I do wear an XXL size but my God the selection is so cheap and so tacky looking I rarely and I mean rarely find anything worth buying. They have all the large sizes jammed together in this little tiny area its actually hard to move between the racks. It was never like that before. Whoever your buyer of these clothes they need to go back to school and take a refresher course. A 60 year old women does not want to buy a coat for the winter what only goes to the waist-I also don't want some fancy ski jacket you can wear several ways and I also don't want the coats crammed into a corner in another part of the store. Kohls used to be the first place I would go now it is definitely the last.

I go to the Shelby Store frequently and have emailed several times in the past. This is focusing on manager Mario and Associate Christi Bunch Husband is a Shelby officer. Giving you a heads up because my next step is with her husband and Kohl’s Leadership Michelle Gas’s and Sona Chawla.

I did received my bathroom mats. N Kohl's seems like always sends wrong merchandise. I hope you will resolve this matter, and please respond to me. I been a Kohl's customer for many years.

I went to the store to spend my birthday's gift card, kohls cash, and few dlls in merchandise card, after I paid my purchase with kohl's cash I still owed $10.99, which I paid with my $50 gift card. The employee gave me my receipt, explain me my balance I thank her and left. when I make home 20 minutes later I realized, I did not have my gift card, only my receipt. I went back to the store, explained to the manager, she asked me to wait to check the cameras, come back in 5 minutes and told me "sorry but the employee gave you the gift card back, there's nothing I can do" just like that, when I knew she didn't, she check in the front desk they had my kohls cash, but not the gift card. I asked her the probe that the employee gave me the gift card back, "she says sorry we cannot show you the cameras, simply like that. they kept my gift card, this kind of managers is what we need right? I never thought she would place $39 on the top of the good name of "her store" like she called pretty disappointing experience at this one of my favorites stores!☹
