I am receiving calls about a delinquent Kohls account. I do not have & never had a Kohls charge account. I do shop at your store frequently but always pay cash. Or should I say "non service". My experience with your overseas customer service was horrendous as usual. Asked to speak to someone in the U.S. was told they were not allowed to do that. In frustration made comment to get rid of my MVC credit card. There quick response was " I can help you with that". Really! You do not want my business any more. I just wanted help with my on line order. Very upset with the way you care for your customers. I would like an immediate response to my problem. Thank you!

I have been double charged for an online order. With over an hour spent on Facebook Messenger and another hour on phone calls, there is no resolution. The order has now been delivered..... Worst customer service! Especially in this day. Still trying to get this corrected, going into the 2nd week.

I was a Kohl's since 1994. Today, making a purchase at the Wheaton store in Wheaton, Il, my card read invalid. Found out I haven't used it in over a year. Sales person started new application BUT insisted I MUST scan my license. I told her she could manually punch in the number, she refused, and so, I will NO longer be a customer at Kohl's!! My husband had his credit stolen twice when his drivers' license was scanned, we are in our late 70's and 80's and can't go through these so called "new policies"!!

Any company that supports a domestic terrorist group like Black Lives Matter... is a company that NO LONGER wants me shopping at their store. I hold a Kohl's charge card and I've shopped at Kohl's as my favorite department store for YEARS. Never again.
