I place a order on March 22 , 2018 it was to be delivered by the march 28 ,2018... I never received it.. I called customer service .. they couldn't tell me anything except that they were going to investigate to see what happen and It may take up to 3 weeks to find out... what kind of a company are you running?? what happen to customer services?? I have been a customer for over 20 years. It may be time to take my business some where else.. Mike Andrews.

I agree with everything Michael said and then some. I ordered my items on the store kiosk on 11/12/19 and still don't have it today 11/26/19. I've talked to 7 different people at "customer service" if that's what you call it, both on the phone and online, and have gotten nowhere. my issue too Is being ":investigated" and I can't hold my breathe that long that it taken care of. I also have been a Kohls customer for well over 20 years. I don't feel that there is any customer service any more and they don't care about whatever your issue seems to be. you can't get a corporate address either. this issue has really made me think twice about ordering online or on the store kiosk again. you can't even get a reduced price on what you had in your order if it's reordered as compensation, nothing. What good are promotional coupons when you can't use them on what you need? time to start looking somewhere else to spend my money.

Hello, your website does not work! I tried for hours to order some big white wash cloths, 6 towels come in a pack and I was going to order 2 packs, a total of 12 towels, they were on sale for $4.99 and after the 20% discount that ended on June 24,2018 would had been $3.99 per pack and I was going to use my $10.00 Kohl cash reward that expire June 24,2018, but because your site is malfunctioning I missed out on a purchase I really needed, if this is any indication of the process of ordering from Kohls, I don't the hassle, I'm not blaming you personally, it was really frustrating!

I bought a bedspread for my granddaughters birthday I it was about 60.00 and change I had to order online because store did not have size I needed it was a Lauran Conrad bedspread and I was to get Kohl's cash and never did, I have waited since May and I still have not received the Kohl's cash. In July I placed an online order with Kohl’s for men’s water shoes, women’s Nike sandals, a men’s University of Arizona sweatshirt, a women’s shirt, men’s watch, and several baby items. I was out of the country when I made the order so the order went to my friend’s home, not the billing address. When I returned to the United Stated I was staying with these same friends -who lived several miles from my home address (the shipping address) in Arizona. I am renting my home currently to my son and one of his friends.

In August I realized my Kohl’s order never arrived and looked it up on line. Made a call and was transferred to a foreign speaking male in the fraud department. He told me my order was not placed because it was “suspicious”. Excuse Me?? First he claimed it was suspicious because the billing and shipping address did not match and usually that raised a flag if they were not in the same state. I reminded him the addresses were a few miles away and in the same zip code. Next he said it was suspicious because of the items I ordered. Excuse Me? He responded something about buying baby clothes at my age. What?? Also mentioned was the cost of the order. My order was originally around $150.00 which I think is not an extremely high figure for an on line order.

He claimed that I was contacted from the fraud department that there was a hold on my order. I was not contacted by phone, email, or by the US mail so I am not sure how I was supposed to have been contacted. That is the first customer service concern. Or should I say lack of customer service concern.

I then asked to have the order shipped promptly as I was leaving the United States again and wanted the items. He gave the dates the items should arrive and it was up to and including my departure date. He refused to have the items shipped in any quicker manner. I then talked with customer service and they also refused to have my order shipped any quicker way. The order did arrive less than 12 hours before I left.
Because of the delay in contacting me about this problem with my order, several of the items I wanted were then out of stock. One of the items was an on sale XL University of Arizona sweatshirt for my son who is deployed. Thanks again, Kohl’s.

I have done many online and in store purchases with Kohl’s in the past. This entire experience has made me rethink where I shop in the future. I realize customer service mistakes happen. When they do, you apologize or make things right for that customer. This never happened. I was not treated like a customer with respect. Kohl’s apparently didn’t care if I was their customer. They never responded back to me once.

I went to Kohl's store in Frederick, Maryland today. I have Kohl's charge and a 30% saving coupon. I bought a flannel shirt and a cold weather jacket. I thought I will get 30% off on them but the cashier said it applied only to the flannel shirt. She did not return the coupon back to me for more purchase. Was the cashier correct or what?

Visiting Turnersville, NJ yesterday- wheelchair had no where to place feet. Holding them up became annoying and uncomfortable causing me to cut my shopping trip very short.

I purchased a Nintendo Switch online at 1201 on Black Friday....Two days after the order was accepted and confirmation number given Kohls said I could not have a different shipping address and billing address. I called them to straighten this out and they had already canceled my order without talking to me. They now refuse to honor the order with the black Friday deal. I have never had a problem having a different billing and shipping address....I will be canceling my credit card with kohls.... Horrible customer service.

I placed an order on 11/13/18. I received my order and was happy with it. Unfortunately, I had to call to remind Kohl's to send me my Kohl's cash. No big I let it go. Then I placed another order on cyber Monday, 11/26/18. Again I did not receive my Kohl's cash, $150. I figured it would come in after my purchases were all received. It did not appear. One purchase, a Nike hoodie, came in the mail with the ink pad still attached. Since i needed to have that removed and change some sizes I went directly to the store on 12/8. I asked about the Kohl's cash and was told that they couldn't help me there, that was all handled by corporate. I tried to make even exchanges but the store did not have the sizes and would not order them so that I could make an even exchange. I had to return one pair and bought a more expensive pair. I ended up spending an extra $108.00 even though I knew that Kohl's owed me $150. I then got home and called customer service, long wait time, and the "customer-service operator" told me he would re-send (actually send for the first time) the Kohl's cash. I asked him to stay on the line until I recieved the Kohl's cash, he told me due to high call volume he could not wait. I got the Kolh's cash and it had already expired on 12/5/18. So I had to call customer service again.

I went through the whole story again, he politely told me I could use the Kohl's cash but would have to purchase more items before the kohl's cash expired in 10 days after date on the K Cash certificate and call customer service AGAIN when I was in checkout (the web site will not take expired K Cash). I purchased more items and called customer service back again. At this point I was told that I no longer had $150 because I returned an item, refer to top of e-mail, I again explained I tried to get the Kohl's cash straightened out and also tried to make even exchanges-Kohl's would not or could not help me. So now I only have $135.00 in Kohl's cash even though I spent an extra $108.97 at the store. My "customer-service operator" was not impressed. I was so aggrevated I just wanted off the phone. I asked him to break down the charges. He was actually charging me $8 for shipping, when I complained that by putting HOLIDAYS on the website waived that fee. He relented and waived the fee also. Once is a mistake, now I'm begining to believe it may be the practice of the company. Not thrillled with the treatment I received from Kohl's. Karen Pierce

I recently received a 30% coupon. I went to the website to order some shoes from the men's department. What a waste of time. The coupon could not be used a hardly any of the shoes. This is what Macy's does. Give you a coupon that excluded on most things. Kohls use to be better than them but now they have become the same. I stopped shopping and cancelled my card at Macy's now thinking about doing the same with Kohl's.

I have tried several different tomes to sign in and make a payment online but the site keeps throwing me back to SIGN IN. All I want to do is make the balance payment from my checking account. I'm thoroughly AGGREVATED with the Kohls site. Why does the site keep throwing me back to SIGNIN and I am signed in already? Is it worth the trouble to have a charge at Kohls--now I wonder!

Good afternoon,

I just spent 38 minutes on the phone with customer service representative, Liam. The reason for my call was to connect my rewards card to my credit card. I have been a credit card holder since 2007. For some reason, my Yes 2 you rewards card has never been connected to my credit card. I am carrying a very frayed piece of paper for my rewards. The cashiers are having a very difficult time reading the #’s.

Liam was unable to handle my request today, because he indicated that neither of the 2 phone #’s I provided, are the correct # for my rewards. He also informed me that Kohl’s cannot send me another yes 2 you rewards card with the same # because “Kohl’s does not do that anymore”. This is bogus. Very bad customer service for such a well known company.

I do not want to put my account # or rewards # in this email for security purposes.

Please have someone get back to me at the following phone #, to have this issue resolved. 315-457-6101
If I am not available to answer the phone, please have the person leave a detailed message with their name & a direct phone # to reach them.

I called minutes after you informed me that you were sending this to the wrong address. After much discussion I was told that either it would be cancelled or redirected to my California address. Evidently neither of this options happened. Because of that I reordered and paid twice. I now own 4 pants, 4 purses, multiple tops and many duplicate other items.... with one of the order sitting on a frozen little island airport where I will not be for 2.5 more months.

Additionally, I know that I hate two (x2) of the shirts...now it will be impossible to return them....I now own 4 shirts that I hate because of this double order . You gave me the absolute poorest customer service. I find it very hard to believe that within minutes of placing an order that you are not capable of fixing it. I am so very frustrated, upset and cannot believe that you think so little of my business.

I have called several numbers for customer service, one number on my bill, another two from the website. NONE OF THEM WORK!!! I call, and get caught in a loop asking for my acct. number, my social security number, my birthdate, the last four digits of my soc. security number. I give all of them and it just keeps repeating. VERY ANNOYING THAT YOU DON'T HAVE ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THAT WORKS!!!

When I forget my password and you are going to send me a reset, it may take up to 24 hours before I receive it! Unacceptable. Many companies send that information immediately. I am not going to wait for Kohl's to send me a reset notice. I will do my shopping elsewhere. Would you wait up to 24 hours to get reset information? I don't think so. Also, an email address for Kohl's would be very nice. I don't see one anywhere.

I received a hand vacuum cleaner, Oneida forks,& dress slacks in a LARGE plastic bag. The slacks were apparently tossed loosely in the bag. They were a mess. This must be the latest method of an assembly line. It makes me reconsider ordering on line.

I called to have my Kohls card cancelled and a new one issued. I had lost my card and did not want someone else to charge on it. I was told that they can't verify my phone number. Hello!!! How many years does a person have to have the same phone number for it to be verified? They can cancel my old card but can't issue a new one. Just how does one go about verifying a phone number. Would they like a note from my phone company?

This order was shipped to address that I have not lived at in 6 years. I used my apple pay which changed the address. I noticed it on the email sent to me. I tried calling the Customer Service line at 5:30 pm but it said yall were closed. I tried to manage order via the website and it said nothing matched this order. I re-ordered thinking since the billing zip did not match my actual zip that this order had been cancelled. I ordered another one- 6025800477.

Today I find out this was shipped after several attempts to fix it, and hours of being on hold. I got in touch with your location in the Philippines which offered me no hope of stopping the shipment and refunding me the money. I spoke to Dom the supervisor there that could not provide me any customer service after I have done everything to correct the problem. He would not transfer me to a manager only saying his manager works from home. He would not provide me with his managers work email.

I expect this to be worked out with you and UPS to stop this shipment and have it returned to you for a full credit to my card.

During this Corona Virus and having to stay home with stores closed, I am wondering why Kohl's is not doing like Macy's and offering free shipping at $25.00 purchase!! Macy's has been making this offer for the last 6 weeks or so. You did make one offer a few weeks ago and I did place an order then. That's the only time you made that offer and I usually have placed a lot of orders from Kohl's and pickup at the store, but I will not pay your high shipping charge when gas is actually at an all time low price!! I have complained when I called about my last order but have seen no change from you! Macy's is taking into account that people are having a hard time right now being either out of work or working from home and having to cope with less money coming in. I normally prefer Kohl's over Macy's but I am very disappointed in Kohl's at this time!! I think it is insensitive that Kohl's has had free shipping only with a $75.00 purchase!!!!!

I just received my order from Kohl's.com and was a little upset when the jeans were out of a opened bag badly folded, while the other pair were neatly in the closed bag. Also the bra color that I ordered is the wrong color. I ordered Damask and you sent me light brown!! I will keep the bra because I don't want to go through the hassle of returning it and paying for return. Just wanted you to know that I was very disappointed with Kohl's. Never had a problem with your company before. :(

Went to Kohl's in Richmond, Indiana to use a gift card and pay the difference in cash for an electric fan. Unsanitary practice: Customer Service clerk made me get on the phone with a Kohl's phone rep. The phone was not wiped off or sanitized before or after I talked on the phone. Clerk did not use hand sanitizer or wipe off the counter before or after I was waited on.

Privacy violations: Customer Service clerk made me write down my name, phone number, and address, which was okay! Then, what was not okay: when I was made to talk on the phone with a Kohl's phone rep., I was made to say my phone number and home address out loud in front of other customers--lack of privacy. Then, when I was not allowed to pay the difference in cash, I was made to say my credit card number and security code out loud in front of other customers to the phone rep.--risk of identity theft and more. The in-store clerk did not offer a more private way to do this.

I wanted the item delivered to the store rather than my home but the answer was "NO" because the store didn't carry this item. I arrived wearing a mask, and I had used hand sanitizer before putting on disposable gloves in consideration of others. Kohl's needs to be equally considerate. I hope I do not get sick.

I will religiously avoid going to Kohl's in person, and I will religiously avoid ordering anything online from Kohl's.

I received a $50 Kohl’s Cash Gift certificate in December (expired 15 June) and planned to use it for my spring fashion purchases. Unfortunately we were hit with Corona Virus (COVID-19). As you know stores and businesses were closed, we initially had a “Stay at Home Advisory” then a lockdown of the entire economy and state. This has upset our whole life and denied us the opportunity to shop your stores (Chelmsford MA, & Nashua NH).

Now that we are entering Phase three, many business are allowed to reopen, however, there is a 14 day quarantine if entering MA from another state, and we must wear face masks outside and while in every business.

My husband and I are considering visiting your local stores again (with masks) and we understand Kohl’s is committed to taking the extra precautions to slow the spread of COVID-19, while doing your part with additional safety and sanitization measures to prioritize the health and safety of your customers (and associates).

Bottom line, I am asking you to resend me the Kohl's Cash Gift certificate with a new expiration date, or a letter extending the expiration date due to COVID-19. I could not find a Kohl’s customer service email address and will be happy to send you a copy of the Kohl’s Cash Gift certificate, barcode and pin. I am still interested in summer outfits, but would be looking at your fall collection.
