I am more than disappointed with my on-line experience with Kohls. I first ordered OSU barware. @ wine glasses were broken. I returned them to the store and had to re-order. I just received those and I have no idea what team they are (Blue with a big C on them), but obviously not OSU Buckeye glasses.
I had ordered 4 items for granddaughters - 3 came and one made me pick up in store. If I wanted to go to the store, I wouldn't have ordered on line and paid shipping. I also ordered them each a sterling necklace which came to me in gold not silver, as ordered. I had to go to store again for refund. I am out the shipping charges for Kohl's mistake, and I am not happy with that OR the time consumed with getting things right!!!
