Mr brother is asking how to make a reservation for his wife, Zoraida H. Reyes for cancelled Return Flight Ref. No. UQD6NQ (Manila, Philippines to Incheon, South Korea) originally slated May 22, 2020. Canceled flights (by corona, from Europe to Atlanta)
Dear Ms, Mr,
We need to ask a question about our flights, booked as Delta 91 and 90 comfort plus
Issue date 05jan20 ( booked by our family in Atlanta (Smeets Lennert, son-in-law))
Flight from Dusseldorf (Germany) to Atlanta on sun 05april 2020
ticket # 0062413683177 and 0062413683178 (2 x 1425.99 euro )
and the return flights, Delta 90 from Atlanta " > Dusseldorf Airport on sat 14april 2020
Our flights are cancelled because the airspace to the USA was blocked by the president for the sake of the Corona problems.
Our names are: LURQUIN GUIDO and DENEWET REGINA.
Before the date of the flight, our son-in-law, Smeets Lennert, who lives in the U.S., Atlanta, had contact with your customer-service to notify you, that it was not possible to take part in the flights, due to the lockdown. Delta presented a voucher, that would be valid in 2020.
Is there also a way to get the money refunded? With a voucher, we can’t use it. In the next months is a flight to the US is definitely not safe due to the large number of infections, which is now in the US, it is and when will this situation change you, no one can predict the future. This year, in the fall or in the winter, we do not have the capability to go to the USA to fly.
Be happy with your answer.
Many thanks in advance and best regards
Lurquin Guido Denewet Regina.

Covid refunds
I am shocked that Delta's policy for giving actual refunds (not credits) for people who elected NOT to fly to Asia when Covid was breaking out (early March), basically amounts to "We flew the plane, you decided not to be on it, therefore... credit only". Meanwhile, many Americans are struggling financially. They get $50 Billion in bailouts, but they can't afford to give their customers an actual cash refund during this crisis? That says a lot about them as a company. At this time, they cannot tell me when they will ever be able to provide me the service I wanted & paid for, yet they get to keep the money in the meantime. As I do not wish to fly any time soon, a credit literally does me zero good. Meanwhile, they sit on my $1000 indefinitely. Way to treat your customers, Delta.
Flight 5959, Boston to Nashville, 4pm to 6:15 pm, 2/24/20
My name is Roger Eriksen. I live in Albany, KY, middle of state at TN border. I am 81 years old and really concerned about covid-19. On 2/24, my granddaughter, Miranda Eriksen, flew from Boston to Nashville on Delta flight 5959 and then drove to my home. Recently, covid-19 "popped up" in Nashville. Media said it came from one person flying into Nashville from Boston late in February. I know that you know which airline and flight he/she was on because the CDC would have wanted names of all people on that flight. All I am asking from you is confirmation the person didn't fly in on Delta flight 5959. Please respond asap. Since learning about the person infected, I've avoided people, more or less self quarantine, i.e., one trip for groceries at midnight when all night store is near empty. So far, neither my granddaughter nor I have any CDC stated symptoms. This is day 11.
Thank you,
Roger
