I need to reschedule a flight. I did use my miles to book the flight. I have tried to reschedule but the website won't let me. Please I need help to do this. Thank you. I have tried calling but I was actually put on hold yesterday for 8 hours. Today four.

I am in my 80s and planned a trip to visit my sister (a cloistered nun) in Mobile, AL. I am unable to travel alone and purchased tickets for my 2 daughters to assist me. I do not drive and I am in need of a wheelchair. In addition, my cloistered sister, is also in her 80s and is quite vulnerable. This is considering her age and the fact that she is not exposed to outside germs. I purchased these tickets in January never expecting this plague to show up. I cancelled my trip, understandably, and have been issued an extension for time to use them. However, there are a lot of determinations that would allow me to continue to make this trip. Therefore, I would appreciate a refund for the above tickets. I will then, hopefully, be able to make my trip at a better time and if I am able to travel and if my sister is able to receive outside visitors.
