How should i claim the baggage amount when i traveled in your airlines and missed the flight in paris and shifted me to emirates air lines to reach bangalore. emirates air lines collected baggage amount of 200.00$ as they informed me that they allow only one baggage instead of two baggage as you will allow two baggage. advise me hot collect the money.

How can I have my money back from two flights that I canceled ?. I don't want ECREDIT, the reasons of these two flights were for graduations and since these people already left the cities there is no reason for me to travel. I am writing to you in connection with the above flight which I was booked earlier this year.

The flight was supposed to depart from today from MCO to ATL), but was cancelled due to Covid-19. The return ticket was supposed to take place on August 14th

I received a link in order to get a refund (online) but the website doesn’t seem to be working. I have tried on multiples occasions. I have a screenshot to prove it.
We also tried to reach out to you many times but in vain.

I will like therefore to know what will be the next step in order to get a refund.

Have been trying to get my payment back for some time. Flight was canceled in September 2020. We have booked with Tix Travel Group - Gate1.nl. a travel agent. She told me that my request was declined by the airline, so you. I spoke with Delta Airlines Nederland in the first instance and she told me that I must now contact you to see my money back.

I would go to New York for five days on 21-09-2020, together with my mother.
Flight no. there was DL 9278 and Flight no. back was DL9367 [Saturday 09-26-2020]

How will this be handled? We are not going to New York for the time being, so a voucher is pointless. I would love to hear from you.
