I want to sincerely thank Melody Singletary for her marvelous assistance in getting my family safely home from Florida. There was extreme difficulty in confirming the return reservations and seating made 6 months ago for my family: Todd and Susan Manley. (Original Flight Confirmation # GDC2V3 and New Confirmation # HP9DF2 on December 30, 2017) Melody Singletary's wonderful efforts coordinated with Customer Service made certain that an 8 year old foster daughter and a 7 year old daughter could be seated with their parents. This was extremely important to our family, especially since foster children by law can not be out of sight when traveling out of state with their foster family. We cannot thank Melody and Customer Service enough for accomplishing this. These efforts took the extreme stress out of a very difficult situation and we are all most grateful. Thank you so very much from a very grateful Grandmother: Jane Robinson

My husband had recent foot surgery last Tuesday 4-9-19 and had to travel for work this morning to Detroit Michigan. We made arrangements for him to have assistance with a wheel chair or a transportation cart. However, no one was there and no one helped him today from Philadelphia. He asked at TSA and they told him he had to call for assistance. Call who??? He walked with two crutches and an cast on his leg. Foot is now swollen and very sore. Had to walk 1/4 mile in terminal. There is NO EXCUSE for this type of abuse. He is returning on Thursday to Phila on Flight # DL1156 at 1:59 out of Detroit to Philadelphia. PLEASE see that he gets assistance.

In today's society, this would be considered neglect and abuse and there is no logical explanation as to why he was treated this way. Wake up DELTA....there are other airlines. I would appreciate confirmation to him getting help on his way home. (610) 287-1609. I have made several telephone calls to your number, but no luck speaking to a human being. Very unhappy with DELTA and will not use this airline again. Thank you.

I'm getting ready to travel again. I find myself still so angry i cannot book with you,at least until I share my last flight. I flew out of Portland on April 12 2019. I am disabled, so when my flight was booked we asked if my bags could be transferred to raven air in anchorage. I was told yes no issue. When I checked into the flight i women was rude to say the least. I told her that and she said no they would not do that. I booked w it journalist i was told this wanst a issue as I'm disable, after 2back surgery a nd open heart surgery. I did t believe as a disable person I would be treated so rudely. I was way to angry toenail you. When I landed in Seattle i was treated great, got me on the flight and moved my seat up up further on the flight cause it's hard for me to walk. I was more than willing to pay for me bags and did so. My flight from Seattle was ka3nzomq . To anchorage. Thank you for reading this. I'm not sure about booking another flight with your company if this is the way you staff treat disable people so rude. Tammy Bidwell

I tried booking a flight for 4 people through the website between New York to Orland on the 8th July 2020. I included all the details of all 4 passengers. Upon check out I inputted my visa no to effect payment and got a message from your site as follows: "The billing country entered must match the billing address on file with the credit card Company". I am from Malta, my credit card is from a local maltese Bank and could not really comprehend what the problem was.

I then tried using my paypal account and same question was prompted. I somehow received a message on my email by paypal informing me that I submitted an order in the amount of USD98.30 to Delta Air LInes INC. The amount is equivalent to one ticket for one person. No confirmation email was received from your end.

Please either cancel all and reimburse me or help me with the reservation for a total of 4 guests. The names are as follows:

Alison Camilleri - Female born on the 11th April 1972
Joseph Camilleri - Male born on the 2nd June 1965
Lara Camilleri - Female born on the 31st January 1998
Elisa Camilleri - Female born on the 12th June 2002.

Will appreciate if you could please send me an email on alisonmonza @gmail.com.

Kind regards

I had a flight to Kona, HI booked for Jan. 27th 2019 and canceled it due to family illness. (ticket # 00623536975412) Since I had insurance I rebooked for flight for mid February. That flight had to be canceled due to a serious accident I had with ice, and was hospitalized and in therapy for nearly a month. There was no insurance on that flight, so when we contacted DElta, I was offered to have that dollar amount (or flight) saved for a year. During that time, my paperwork was not well organized and I cannot tell exactly the date in Feb. I would have left for Kona, but I think it was Feb. 25th. The flight would have been MSP to Seattle/Tacoma to Kona, HI.

I have no other information to help. Is it at all possible to determine if that flight or dollar amount still available to me? My Delta Sky Miles # is2216962809. thank you for giving this a try!! Linda Long.

boarded the plane and I noticed no air from the overhead vents. Thought this was just because we were loading. After the seat belt sign was turned off after we took off, I noticed no air coming from the vents. I spoke to the steward and he said he would tell the Captain. After a few minutes the steward came back and said the Captain was aware AND there was nothing he could do about it until we got to Kansas City.

That kind of preflight check makes me wonder what else was not working. Small as this may seem it is, will travelers begin to wonder what else was not checked. If I had my tank ready for combat in this manner I could be flaming hulk.

With all the virus around, you think that the crew would pay more attention to this situation.

I have a flight tomorrow and have been trying to cancel and get a refund:

1. Website doesn't work. I've tried over and over again and can't cancel or get refund. Website says it has problems and to try again
2. Telephone 800/221-1212- recording says 6 hr. wait time. I waited 2 hrs. but nobody ever came to the phone.
3. Additional #s called:
404/209-3434 - Nobody answered
800/847-0578 - Refund - Nobody answered
800/323-2323 - Sky Miles - Nobody answered
800/455-2720 - Comments/Complaints - Busy sound then disconnected
4. I filed 2 complaints and got no response:
#03538955
#03538954
5. I called Delta vacations and after 45 min. got someone extremely rude who said he couldn't help me. I asked for his manager and he disconnected me.
6. Number on Delta facebook 888/314-6222 turned out to be a scammer. They said they were a travel agent but I looked them up on the internet and found nothing.

Is there anyone who can help me?

Please contact me.

Thank you.

I DO NOT WISH TO CANCEL MY TICKET but wish to CONVERT THEM TO "OPEN TICKET" STATUS as I will porobably take these flights in September 2020 when Covid-19 Pandemic Scare settles down by then. My e-ticket number is 0062405338833. I am Ok if there is a small penalty imposed for the change. Can you help?

My daughter and I tried to cancel flights because of an accident since 10 days, Nothing to do with Corona.
The Delta online system just shows: "Oh no! We're sorry, but we are unable to process your request. Please try again later." or "please call our hotline". I tried these also several times, but the hotline was not reachable or timed out after 30min waiting in the line. Because a customer service mail address does not exist, I used the customer chat window to cancel the flights and hope it will be accepted.

I understand that because of the Corona pandemic there is a special situation, but I think, what happens here is not serious.

I'm a frequent traveler using mainly Lufthansa and Star Alliance, but also British Airways and KLM. I've never seen such a bad service. Far from it! Lufthansa handled it very fast, easy and for both sides acceptable. I would wish, Delta would do the same.

I have been trying for weeks to contact Delta without success. I became ill when in the US December/January and as a result missed several tours and events setting me back in excess of $3,000. The insurance company requires information as to why the flight was changed and delayed, as apparently they only pay for certain reasons. My flight was due into NYC at 2:29 pm 19 December, however, I received three text messages changing the flight … and when I finally got to the airport it was further delayed and I did not arrive to my accommodation in NYC until after 9:00 pm. I was due to see a show at 7:00 pm, but of course I missed it. I am endeavouring to find out the REASON FOR FLIGHT CHANGE AND FURTHER DELAY for Flight DL2822 at the above time and date! Please, if someone from Delta can answer this, please do so. I am sure you would not enjoy losing money due to no fault of your own.

During this shut down it is likely that the airline industry will be asking for federal subsidies. This comes with responsiblities to taxpayers as well as to your customers. At terminals, we are forced to watch CNN programming which is hostile to religion, individual rights, free markets and American citizens, as is all programming on Comcast networks. I urged you to do whatever you can to have this hostile network removed. As a suggestion, OANN is a very fair and balanced network and considers all points of view. In advance, thank you for addressing this matter.

Combine these 2 orders into 1 order, add another set of sheets so I can get 2 for 1 using promo code J88 or TV1 or Code 20 whichever is the best. I also had a $10 off gift card code - EBW0Q-ZRXPJ-MERF1. Thanks Donald Sanderson - Phone 843-615-7038.

I just watched a video that was sent to me by a friend about a Navy wife, who had lost her husband some years ago and had been advised that the remains of a recently deceased US Serviceman were on the plane, and were being accompanied by a living US Serviceman, who was a good friend of the deceased. The Navy wife thought it would be appropriate to sing the National Anthem as the soldier deplaned and his friend's remains were removed from the luggage compartment, so she went around the plane to see if other passengers would join her. Many said they would and a small number said they would not.

The Navy wife was approached by a Delta Flight Attendant, who advised her that the singing of the National Anthem on the plane was against company policy and that she should not sing. As the plane made its way to the gate, the soldier was quickly whisked off of the plane so there would be no chance for any singing to take place.

I for one think this policy is PATHETIC. You owe the existence of your business in large part to Americans and it is against your policy to allow Americans to honor one of their war heroes, because it might offend someone from another country? Where is the America I used to know as a child and young adult? Since when do we bow down to a minority of people who aren't from here when it comes to our war heroes? This minority of people didn't make the ultimate sacrifice for our country and quite honestly, the only way I would be offended if this happened on a flight from an airline from another country was if the individual was being celebrated for taking out any Americans.

Get a clue Delta. Americans have always been able to express their love for country and our heroes and your attempt to be Politically Correct shows that you don't have our country's best interests in mind. I strongly suggest you amend this foolish policy and allow Americans to celebrate our heroes, before we are told that fireworks on the 4th of July are ILLEGAL because they offend those countries we are at war with.

Would you please allow yourself to me. We went through Expedia and booked flights to San Juan ,PR and back and they were canceled due to COV_19. Itinerary #71006386408012. Expedia said they would return our money only on the outgoing flight and it would take up to 80 weeks and they will only give me credit for the return flight. This is very unfair to us . Plus the insurance I took out should also be reimbursed because it wasn't our fault. I'm sure you can help me. We need our money that we saved and worked hard for. We should have the option as to how to use our savings and not Expedia. Please! Thanx. Best regards, Rocio Szot

I was shocked to find out through word of mouth that Delta had shut down service to 11 airports nationwide. One of these airports, OAK, I was scheduled to fly into to pick up my children. I have not received any notice from them regarding this and upon website login, I see my flights have been altered to a destination I do not need to go to and the flight times overlap and are reversed. I attempt to use the "modify flight" link suggested on the site to assist me and I am re-directed through the link to call (800) 221-1212, which I now have, several times. I have now spent over 8 HOURS holding for a rep and the calls end everytime at exactly 2 hours into the call. 8 HOURS is a full work shift! Are they going to pay me for the work I've put in to correct their unusable changes to my purchase? It's like they just took my money and disappeared!!!! I tried calling (800) 323 - 2323 and am quickly racking up the same amount of time as on the other number. I keep looking for an email to reach them, how can such a conglomerate have such minimal methods of contact? This is ridiculous and awful because the only choice I have, given by them, is to call a number I can't reach anyone on!!!

I NEED to know if the flight shown for 28 June is a confirmed flight form NIgeria to Atlanta. There are 3 Xpats looking at flights out after 21 June. Before we book and fly into Lagos to catch the flight we MUST know it is confirmed to actually be flying. Currently on a construction job for over 90 days working offshore isolated.

My wife and I had to cancel our 21 April 2020 flight from Sacramento to Cancun. We did so on 22 March 2020 and have not heard anything since (12 weeks). Now we can't get through via telephone. We would like to rebook in February 2021 but need the e-credits to go with the rebooking. Our ticket numbers were
0067441436946 and 0067441436947. Can you help us before the flights are booked up?

Thank you in advance,

I had a party of six booked to fly Tampa to Boston and Delta has arbitrarily cancelled my original flight and placed us on a later flight - which means we will miss another prior booking in Boston. Delta have offered an e credit which is unacceptable. I have emailed Delta four times and each time receive an automated reply that says "we will get back to you within two working days". Clearly no one at Delta works as it has now been over six [normal] working days since that message was first received.

I have also spent over two hours on the telephone trying to contact someone at Delta but I am put in a queue and after about 45 minutes have been disconnected each time.

Service at Delta is abysmal.

Since Delta Airlines cancelled my trip to Amsterdam, Netherlands. The portion they left uncancelled: GRR to DET is of NO USE to me. I will NOT be on that plane. I have tried to cancel it or have someone cancel it, but have been unable to do so. I have tried online and by phone to no avail. I need reimbursement for the entire trip. Confirmation number is GO83MR. This is my notice on July 6, 2020.

Have been unable to access my account on-line. How much longer will I be denied access? It is now a bit beyond irritating.

Being queued is not acceptable. I need a response now.

I am very disappointed to learn that you have banned Rob O'Neill. In my opinion your action amounts to surrender to the outrage mob.

How about I put you last on my list of airlines to use?

I plan to drop my mask the next time I fly and see what you do. I suspect that most men, most veterans, most Republicans and most patriots find your actions disgusting.

Just because you are based in Atlanta, do you really think this explosive social issue is popular and will increase traveler loyalty?

What do you think would happen if you banned every woman that ever takes off their mask, ditto Democrat, draft dodger, Muslim extremest , Antifa and Black Lives matter, since they have Regularly disrespected the flag, normal Americans and rioted in the street etc.

I suggest you publicly retract the ban and stop inflaming at Least 50% of your customers. Stiffen you’re spines and stand up to the mob.

just another one of many companies folding to the BLM and afraid not to.....fortunately I rarely fly anymore because you were always my top airline. Not now.
