877-794-2724: Suddenlink Customer Service Phone Number in USA

Trying to get service for a TV problem and I can never get through to this number.

I want to know why my bill is higher this month also what is safeguard? Lastly allie virtual assistant is not worth the time. Gives vague answers not the specific answers i need.

You are listed as an American Company, why can't I talk to an American speaking person. Yesterday I tried contacting you by phone three times. First time a 20 minute wait so I gave my call back number. You called back I was on the line and I was disconnected. Second time I called and I never got through. Third time it was a 40 minute wait and I gave my call back number. That was in the morning and never got a call back. This morning at 6:45AM I received a call, awakened both myself and my wife. Some guy from India, could barely understand, started talking. He said he was from Optima and what did I want. I said I called Suddenlink and he said my call had been transferred to him. He said to check the internet and call you. This is terrible customer service. Please have a number so an American can speak to a person that doesn't have a strong accent. I attempted to contact the Flagstaff, Arizona office, but the number switched me to the usual answering recording, I hung up. Your phone service is terrible and I may switch to Dish or Direct TV.
