1-800-732-9194: Bank of America Credit Card Phone Number in USA

I have credit card claim # 90977138. I got the fax number 3022665035, to fax my documents to claim. I try to fax many time in Feb 24 and Feb 25, but can not get through. Please send me by email other fax number or fixe that fax machine. Thank.

Tried (unsucessfully) to get "Alice" to stop calling via numerous calls to BoA representatives, including chats with BoA fraud staff. When keying in "1" per "Alice's" instructions you get either a: 1) hangup/dead sound by "Alice"; getting a representative wanting to sell you a new credit card sans ever have checking your account in advance - who in Hades would give their credit card data to a "cold caller"?; getting a rep who cannot understand plain English so as to answer your questions about why you are getting many calls from "Alice"; and, finally after many, many tries to get a "straight story" being told by BoA staff that the 1-800-732-9491 has possibly been "ghosted" by scammers.

Trouble is not only the many "Alice" calls but also a difficulty of getting English/grammatically cogent reps who are hesitant to give you a fraud contact number or to connect you with same. I just closed a BoA savings account and am looking at closing another CMA account because of such bureaucratic and obnoxious treatment by BoA reps (especially when you ask for a unit manager or to be connected to BoA fraud staff).

This number showed on my caller ID, but it was a robo call telling me that this was my last chance to reduce my interest rate to 0.

We had a Bank of America credit card ending #1117 that was turned over to Mitchell Rubenstein & Associates for collection about 1 year ago. Their account number is TK #3849.

I have been trying to get a statement from them since last December. Payments of $441/month have been made and I would like a statement of the balance and be able to deal on a payoff amount.

I would very much like to know if someone in the correct department could please find out any information or phone number and location of a "connectpal profile"/subscription ", it seems it may refer to images on debit and credit cards. Im hoping to get information as they are automatically withdrawing out of my account fraudulently. I have no idea who it could possible be. I checked online and found on what i have told you. The Bank of America was mentioned in the article, is the only reason i sent this information. Have no idea which Bank of America. They certainly need to be tracked down. Thank you, if you have any information you might share, i would definitely be pleased.
