I have tried signing in my Bank of America online log in. Three times it has made me sign in give my debit card and social security number ( which I have never had to do and I feel its not necessary and very odd.) I have re -made a password and every time I am redirected to re- put in my social and debit card information. This is at least the 30th time this year it has done this making me change my passcode every other week. It never loads my account. I am seeming to have more issues with this than its worth banking here. I have been a customer since I was 16 years old now 35 and I am going to go close my account in the morning. There is always issues with the online information and its not worth it to me anymore.

Cannot find a mailing address for customer service. Need to send a notification by mail, but unable to locate the mailing address for customer service. very frustrating.

We wrote to you two months ago to close our account, but we received a letter saying that we cannot close the account until we pay for the outstanding overdraft. We sent our niece Ms Azita Ugland to your branch in Irvine, California to make the payment, but the cash was not accepted. Considering we live in Malaysia, how do you expect us to pay a small amount of money to clear the overdraft.

In the meantime you have been charging us US$25 per month by not complying with our request, and not allowing payments to be made to the account. What should be done to avoid further additional expenses to us, and to close the account. By this email we will not accept further maintenance charges of US$25 or any interest on the overdraft. You must let us know within one week a convenient method of closing our account, and to allow us to pay US$171.82 as per your latest statement.

I haven't been able to check my emails and i notices a notice from the bank of America telling me to identify myself because they found irregular transanctions on my accounts. try to call Saturday ,customer services was closed, the samething yesterday sunday, today i know is a holidays but i call anyway to see if the customer services telephone lines where open. I thougth the bank have a special number for emergencies ocurring from time to time, in my case im trying to find out what happen to my account, it says ihave irregular activities, i haven't been to any bank branches in my city, i haven't purchase anything more then small amounts here and there. they ask me to identify myself but i haven't used online banking for a long time, so for that i cant log in because i forgot my id number or the users name. can someone reply to me please and explain whats going on, so i can solve this problem asap. thank you.

Trying to contact customer service or any live person, it seems to be virtually impossible as a first time customer. I tried FIVE local banks per message everyone is helping a customer and then it says good bye and it disconnects. I need a live person to help me with my request. BOA really sucks!!!!!

I have had a credit card with Bank of America for many years. I've always paid my balances immediately and on time. On the rare occasion that I was able to reach a Bank of America representative, I was told that they can see that I've paid over $50,000 to my first card through the years. Now, a second card arrived. I was unable to contact BofA about the second card or to set up automatic payments on it. Indeed, I was unable to even work through the log in, which BofA computers made impossible to navigate, changing the rules each month. Apparently, I was sent two statements over two months regarding the second card (I finally located them in my spam folder). The statements when I located them were first for about $19.00, and later for about $60. I never did see what those charges were for since I have no knowledge of ever using that card.

Subsequently, the Bank of America computers cut off my primary card, the one I had paid $50,000 on over the years, and lowered my limit to $500 on the second card, the one I never used. The BofA computers also caused my credit rating, which has for years been consistently about as high as it could go, to something in the 700s. I cancelled my accounts with BofA after I was able to reach a live agent, and got checks for the huge number of points that I had built up over the years. Now, I am traveling in southeast Asia, and I get a message from BofA that I owe $1.50 for some reason. I would pay it, but I can't contact this heartless company because, to log in, they want not only my social security number but also my credit card number (I have long since cut up and destroyed those credit cards). So, what is a 75 year old man to do? Does anyone know how I can contact this ridiculous company? I don't care all that much about the credit rating since I have enough money that I pay cash for larger items such as cars. Still, it is now the "principle of the thing." How about it Bank of America? How do I log in and file a protest?

I am the POA for my mother Phyllis J. White of 102 Terrace Lane in Hendersonville, NC. Her checking number is 002500266677 5873 She deals with the Bank of America in Hendersonville. Approximately 2 months ago she quit receiving her monthly statements, does not know why, who to contact etc., and wanted me to handle it. Please resume mailing her statements to her beginning with October of 2019. She is 90, and has no computer. Please advise my email you received this and what you can do. Thanks Mike

We are stuck in Hawaii during COVID and NEED IMMEDIATE help on a Bank of America issue..call us at the number you have on file immediately! I have a tenant that deposited a check in the outside drop box. It is not showing on my account. I can't get anyone to answer the phone. With the situation with the virus, is anyone at the bank to handle these deposits?
