Repair kit for Craftsman 1/2 drive flexhead ratchet #VVT 44816 Sears Customer Service couldn't help as phone call was over 1/2 hour then was transferred out of the USA. Coudn't understand person at all. Repair kit for above ratchet needed to change direction. Please Help. Thank you very much.

I bought this online from Sears on 4/21/2016. I have used it twice and wanted to use it this year but could not get it to work. Got no help from Sears except an offer to send someone to my house for close to $180.00. I just need to find a place to carry it in and get it repaired. Can you help me?

I have a four drawer rolling tool box. The top drawer will not open. I can’t tell if something is blocking it from opening. Is there some way to unlock the drawer. The other drawers work fine.

My name is Peggy Young, I am 77 yrs. old and I live in Eatonton,Ga. I am trying to help my son,Bo Wagner. He owns an auto Shop in Gray,Ga. On the 6 Sept. 2018, His little shop that he has had for the past 25-30 years burned to the ground. He was in Macon Ga. at the time at a machine shop. The fire dept.was hindered because of no fire hydrant close by. He lost everything, all the tools and one car that was in the shop at the time, plus several motors that he was working on. All of the tools that was destroyed were very expensive and most of them were purchased from you over the years. He could not afford insurance and all they told him is that they could insure the building and not the contents. One reason that they said was because of the shop being in a rural area and there were no fire hydrants there.

He is left with nothing and no money to rebuild or purchase tools with. I can not help him moneywise but I was hoping that you had some kind of program that you could help him with since he has been such a loyal customer of yours for so long.He has the burnt tools if you need to verify what I am saying. The Jones County,Ga Fire Dept can verify what I have told you about the fire, and the Sheriffs Dept, Jones Co. Ga. I am trying to help him all I can since I can not help him moneywise. Hi there, as you see by the subject line I purchased the socket set and when I opened it I found that many deep well sockets were not machined deep. there are machined only as deep as the shallow sockets. can you please help me fix this problem?

As far as I can tell there's only the green button on the back of the gear head, and the button I'm trying to learn on the remote itself. It's not learning anything , lights don't flash at all. Green learn button on the gearhead comes on but goes out and nothing. What am I doing wrong? It won't program.

I have been trying to get answers to what is going to be done with the opener .The emitters DO NOT WORK .It was purchased on 12-9-2020 and was a gift for Christmas. Have installed it as to Instruction Manual details but the emitters do not work so the opener does not work. Have been in contact with sears {which is where it was bought} for 2 days and have been passed around to many people with no resolve as they do not have any service in my area. Now they have sent me here.

I bought a 2000 series bottom box when I tried to attach the handle with the enclosed screws they pushed in by hand! They will not tighten & pulled out when I tried to move the box. I need oversized machine screws to attach the handle.
