50' Craftsman Garden Hose
I purchased a 50' Craftsman Garden Home sometime ago at a Sears store. The Craftsman garden hose is now leaking and since this product has a "life-time" guarantee, I would like a replacement. Please advise where I am to send the defective hose for the replacement.
Craftsman variable speed bench jointer
We purchased the above mentioned jointer in December and it no longer works - it has no power to it - We purchased it at Lowe's and they referred us to Craftsman.

Poor experience
I called to ask how to replace a broken hand tool and spoke with someone. I told himethe part number and a description of my feeler gauge and he asked if it was a power tool. How could you possibly have someone in customer service for tools and doesn't even know if it is a power or hand tool, even with a part number?
