Returning broken merchandise, mike the ware house genius had no idea what he was doing rude and unprofessional. even after he got the exchange approval from the sales floor associate he made me wait another 20 mins. before bringing out a replacement. its no wonder sears is going down, with people like this there is no up. no problem, i will never shop sears again.

OK what seems to be the problem down there at Sears, well you say there aint no problem. I beg your pardon because you aren't on the receiving end of these cheaply made mowers. Like using thread gauge cable for the battery, or how about those light use wheel rims you all put on there, the ignition switch is also so cheap its got about a 100 turns before its malfunctioning and sticking. Can't you all engineer something a little different then the same old dull low on power runathemill mowers you've been making for 50 years.

Get rid of briggs and Stratton that's another manufacturer that has been riding on their reputation all theses years and their actuall the biggest piece of dodo on your mowers, They never start consistently tey flood easy their noisy and gutless. make a deal with honda you kn ow you all want to have been taking about getting rid of B&S for years. Kick them to the curb along wit their lousy engines. I am an American and proud of it im trying to give you boys a chance but your making it hard by continuing to produce these sorry mowers...make it a new years resolution that your gonna take back the ridem lawnmower market and concentrate on performance style comfort and dependability so all of can stand around drink beer and brag on craftsmen like we used to.

I have a Craftsman model 315175040 and it stopped while I was routing a board. I thought it would restart in a couple minutes, but it did not. I looked for a reset but could not find one. Can You help me?

Purchased this storage cabinet. $300 and no instruction manual included! Not even easy to find the manual on line, when you go to Craftsman.com. Had to waste my time searching the internet to find the manual. Better QC is needed.

My one-half inch ratchet wrench will not lock in place and slips when tighten or loosening bolts. I originally bought this at Sears 20+ years ago and it has a lifetime replacement warranty. The model number on the handle is V-44985. I live in Wilmington, NC and there is a Lowes Home Improvement center that sells Craftsman tool. Can I get a replacement there, or is there another place/way to get my ratchet wrench replaced?
