Hello, I have a SunTrust Bank account, I want to check my account in China, usually I can sign on from the website suntrust.com when I was in US, but someone told me in China it can not open, they told me sign on by another website: home.suntbinternational.com. I want to know this website is a official of suntrust bank too, is it can be trusted? Because it's has many fraudulent website in China, so which web site I should use in China?

I went into my acct. and changed my password and email address as i got hacked on my old email address. This week i tried for 2 days to get into my acct. And couldn't as you kept sending me passcodes to my old email. Finally i started calling today and after trying for 1 hour i finally spoke to someone who told me to try another number which i did and the lady there finally helped me. This was a terrible experience.

I have never been treated so inhumanly than I was at your Winston_Salem Location on Stratford road. I tried to make 3 attempts to make a car payment with cash and was denied because of a bank created error that happened with I first got the loan. I will be finding another bank to refinance my car.

I arrived at Suntrust's Chamblee, Georgia drive-through at 3:30 on 6/1/2020, only to discover that the hours have been suddenly changed - with no advance warning. It now closes at 2:00 on Monday, for some unknown reason. Several cars were ahead of me trying to get service and several people were in front of the locked entrance with puzzled looks on their faces.

In view of the Corona virus crisis, SunTrust should be expanding their hours, not reducing them. They close early on Saturday, are closed on Sunday, and then have very short hours on Monday!? I don't drive and have to plan in advance to have a friend give me a ride to the drive-through now, since your banks have been closed for months. I don't like using ATM's - they are dangerous and inconvenient and only offer limited cash. Not everybody wants to bank using an i-phone. Some of us expect live customer service - not a robot or machine. I'm not going to go through the hassle of making an inconvenient appointment to walk into the bank to withdraw or deposit cash or checks.

This ended up a wasted trip to the bank and I walked away with no cash. I suppose I'll have to wait until Friday - the next chance I can find someone to drive me to the bank. If SunTrust wants to keep long time customers, I recommend that you improve your service. It's should not be too much to ask for your bank to be open until at least 4:00, Monday through Friday.

As a result of the merger I no longer can get access to my online banking account with SunTrust. The Amazon Cloud prohibits any access from any device, I am living in China and have been for sometime. Please advise a solution. There is no email for your customer service and the combination of time difference with the cost of a phone call on hold forever is not a solution. Thanks for your quick response.
