I need a fax number to send for Payoff Demands

I opened an account at Suntrust two weeks ago and have yet to receive a ATM card. I have tried the online feedback/complaint with no luck, left waiting with no response. I then tried calling the branch i opened the account at only to have the rudest employee tell me they couldn't do anything over the phone. I was told i would have to come in to branch and do a upgrade to my account. Finally i tried the customer service hotline, was put on hold forever, then told they would issue another card even though i never received the first card.I was then told the service person i was talking to would need to get another service rep to get my information. The next sound i hear is the phone hanging up, what happened to good customer service.
