800-382-3232: SunTrust Bank Online Banking Phone Number in USA

Whether I call the 800 382 3232 or use the online banking service. I have been unable to connect to the Zella even after the told me that they would have send me an email telling me what I have to do to get the needed code. I cannot use my mobile number since I am in China for my work.

This has been ongoing for the last 10 days and all get is they will solve this but they do not. I have also written e mails to 2 banker of Suntrust that I have used a lot and they do not even answer.

Please advise why our order for new checks stated a fee of $71 for two boxes? Why is it so expensive? Does Suntrust have alternative check vendors?
