Return refused at local walmart
My order # 4342075-076646 I tried to return it to my local Walmart store at W.Tusc. in Canton, Ohio because item was NOT as advertised. I ordered the blue/grey one advertised and received a mint green w/NO Crumb catcher. I'm handicapped and do a lot of online shopping with your company but I think no more. I was told to take a piece of paper and call for a return. I told them they could keep it (the item) as $9.50 didn't mean that much to me. I now consider it a 'LESSON LEARNED'. Please remove my email address from all future correspondence.
Calling customer service
I am posting this since calling customer service hasn’t helped. I called about the area that is painted exiting the parking lot in Quinlan, Texas. It was at one time painted with a STOP so it is a three way stop allowing everyone can exit safely the signage has faded so bad if you stop it upsets anyone behind you because they don’t know why you are stopping. Then you get honked at and vulgar sign language. Walmart should just repaint it. My new complaint is, in Texas every county with over 20 COVID 19 cases is required to wear a face mask, and Hunt County almost has 900 at this point. As of 7-20-2020 all Walmart’s are suppose require face masks regardless of state requirements. Well not the Quinlan, Texas Walmart. I went in Friday before the Walmart mandate and I saw two employees without face masks even though Texas requires them. I went in yesterday 9-21-2020 and I saw these employees without face masks.
Also if you require face masks when people take them off after entering the store they should be asked to leave. I have stayed home mostly because people refuse to do the right thing AND WEAR MASKS. I am sick of selfish people that don’t want to protect me as I have tried to do the right thing by wearing a mask through this entire pandemic. I have numerous family and friends that have gotten this infection. I guess those who choose not to wear masks only care about themselves.
