Is it 274 or 294 for home delivery pharmacy orders?

I ordered single vial eye drops online and when they were delivered the box was crushed and the safety seal was open. They were packaged poorly and I want a credit to my credit card. I will not return them since I do not want to visit the post office during the corona virus outbreak.

I tried to call and message customer service through my Walmart app and cannot reach them since there are about 600 people trying to get through. Thank you

I was supposed to be issued a refund for damaged product. The guy didn't understand anything I was saying and issued me a refund for one and I had 6. I need my refund completed. I need refunded for 5 more of these. Order #4752036-294378.

They were each $1.44 and that's all he gave me but I had 6
