No service from one of your suppliers
I have call 3 times to 800-966-6546 about an order (5831929249336) that was placed on Nov 8th. It was for two NDSU license plates , both for $42.96 to be delivered by Nov 19. as today I haven't gotten them yet. I call above number 3 times and each time they told me that the supplies will e-mail me back with an update. so far nothing. Either get me the plates or credit my account. Bill has been paid. Please help me in this matter.
Bogus order
I ordered a ceramic tree which according to the confirmation email it was to be delivered on Friday, December 6th by UPS. When it didn't come I checked the tracking number also given at the time of the order confirmation and it' a number that is invalid. So I tried calling the customer service number to give the order number and it too is an invalid number. I tried contacting the cs number again and couldn't speak with a live person and any information give wasn't recognizable. So, will I get my order? Did you take the money out of my account? Why can't I get any satisfaction? Never again will I order on line again as it seems everything is bogus or a scam. You evidently have my money and I'm not going to spend $32 to stop payment on a $40 items. Sham on you for duping customers. Thought a huge company would be more upstanding. Lesson learned.
e Gift card
last night december 13,2019, i went to walmart store in newark california with 2 e gift cards that i earned via microsoft rewards. the cashier totaled up the purchases and the total came to 70 dollars which was in correct. examing the receipt it was noted the cards were entered as purchases for 5 dollars each rather than a 5 dollar credit. the cashier began to argue that there was nothing she could do, which in my oponion she she never had done. he argument kept on changing because she was confused and didnt know how to correct the error. i asked for a manager to step in which one finally appearede and said one of the certificates was invalid because it had the same card number and tyhan changed her mind and said that because one was on a smart phone walmart doesnt accept them, which in either case is wrong because i have done this before. both e certificates were recorded and accepted but as noted earlier , recorded as purchases and the cashier entered them as 5 dollar purchases, but wouldnt admit that and was backed by the manager who didnt look at the phone to see that there was a difference in the 2 certicates number or that they were accepted by the scanner but entered wrongly.. tell me what can be done?
Fraudulent order and no refund
A fraudulent order was placed on my account Sept 13- I rec'd an email that an order was placed- I didn't place the order- contacted Walmart via phone and cancelled the order. the order was still shipped and shipped to my previous address. I contacted the person that bought my previous home and called FedEx and they picked up the item and returned it. I cancelled my bank card the item was purchased with since it was fraudulent activity and Walmart said they can only return the funds on that card- well it's been cancelled so I asked for a check to be mailed. I still haven't received my refund of $384.28 for a fraudulent order and the item was returned to Walmart. any ideas on how to get my money back??

Your policy of no cancellation after shipment has resulted in my loss of $34.64 which you received on April 5th while you/our your agent, have not provide me my order.
This policy is not lawful and absolutely extremely poor customer relations. It is your responsibility to provide me with items for which I have purchased.
I feel your computerized customer relations system and extremely long wait times to speak to a "human" is unacceptable. I do not intend to ever again purchase anything by your "on line " option and I now have a very low opinion of Walmart in general.

For several years my Wal-Mart pharmacy account has been linked to another person with the same name in southern Illinois. I thought it had been resolved but this week I had to cancel a credit card because someone at another Wal-Mart in Illinois tried to pay with a prescription with it. If I sign in to my pharmacy account here in Albuquerque, NM, store #824 I can see prescriptions filled at another store for some other person. This should be illegal. Some clerk is at fault here.
Product shipped was incorrect
I purchased and paid for an all-in-one printer. I received one ink cartridge foe the printer I ordered (it requires 2), and NO printer. Talked with someone in customer service who told me I would receive a refund since the supplier was out of stock of that printer. Then I got an e-mail telling me to print out the return label, put it on the package and return it to receive my refund. It also said 73.73 would be refunded when I paid 84.52. They were charging me for the shipping of an item that they did not send. Also, I can't print a return label because I have NO printer! What are your suggestions?
Wearing masks in Walmart?
I am very concerned that the customers at the Walmart in Fowlerville, MI do not take this epidemic seriously. While there is a sign posted at the entrance to wear masks while shopping, only about 50% of customers seem to be complying. It is a risk to your team and a risk to the rest of us who are wearing masks. I have been shopping at a local Kroger and have seen about 90% compliance. Some stores such as Menard's in MI are turning people away that are not wearing masks. The Walmart in Fowlerville, MI is located along the I96 expressway. People from neighboring cities such as Detroit, MI (a Covid 19 hotspot) could very well stop in. I hope your company will consider this and enforce the mask as the governor of our State has mandated it while in public. Thank you, Jean Humrich
Profanity & threat by STORE MANAGER
My friends, 70 & 83 yrs old, shopped at WalMart yesterday...30 May 2020, in CROSS LANES, West Virginia...near the Closing Time of 9:00p.m. Shortly after closing, they were told by the Manager to "Get the Hell out of MY Store, or I'll have you arrested". It's UNBELIEVEABLE, to me, that Corporate would employ and allow such behavior and porofane insults to a pair of SENIOR CITIZENS...WOMEN...CHRISTIANS! This Manager needs to be re-educated in HUMAN BEHAVIOR...Consumer Relations...BASIC INTERPERSONAL ETIQUETTE...OR, FIRED! His approach to these women is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! In my opinion..."I'd FIRE HIM, and the other employee, as well. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!

Marketside caeser Salad Family Pack
I Purchase 3 to 4 Bags of this salad weekly. The last 2 bags have consisted if the middle of the lettuce leaf and very lettuce. I threw the 1st one away , but here is the barcode for the 2nd one.6 811 38746 0. We love these salads, but prefer a fair amount of lettuce in the mix. Illegal retention of money by one of your suppliers
I purchased a dehumidifier for $36 or so on line. It was misadvertised in several ways. I tried to return it but your stores said i had to contact your supplier directly, there was 30 days to do this. Walmart sent me an email saying i would be contacted by the supplier within 48 hours. After 4 phone cals (None answered) To the supplier i emailed them twice. They deliberately waited until the 30 days passed, and never responded. In most other places this would be called theft.
Poor customer service/tracking for lost package
My order #4402083026187 has not arrived, and contacting Walmart Customer Service has been complex and futile. Item Number 313294649 seems to have been lost. USPS Tracking for the past 10 days has only indicated that I should check back later. I'm not impressed.

Cancel present order
I ordered Bob Woodwards new book on Trump called Rage but decided that I do not want it. It is not supposed to be shipped until 9/18 so I cancelled it from my order yesterday 9/9. It has not shown up as being cancelled. Please cancel this item from my order, I think a 9 day notice that I want it cancelled should be sufficient since it has not been processed as of yet according to your website. Great value Jumbo black olives
After opening a can of Jumbo Black olives I found white foamy stuff on top of the olives and in the liquid. Fearing a toxic bacteria I threw the olives out. I have never had this happen before. The expiration date is Mar 17 2024. T3PU 20:09. Will not purchase this brand again.
