App is saying my Personal
App is saying my Personal Email is already taken. Not accurate never registered with You, (Samsung). This Camera I just purchased hour ago. App is making Process extremely arduous . Furthermore when I call 1 877-349-3149, young teenage males 4 times hung up on me , When I Every time I ask for SUPERVISOR. 1 guy said he is busy Helping another Customer. That was 1st guy, I talk wit & ask for supervisor. I then uttered to him can you to forward. Last guy spoke to was M.r John just ended the professional. He said his name when he arrived on call. He ask how can I help you?. I told him I needed I supervisor He then ask my Name & then ask number, then politely when I exhausted from your Other Co employees Unprofessional Tradition American Services a USA Citizen get’s when Ask For Supervisor.
But point is M.R John said I will have Supervisor contact you back. I am considering taking SmartCam HD plus created by Samsung back to store I Purchase it from. By device, and most important Call center hanging up on me wasted my duration.
Problems with my camera
I am having problems with my cameras going off line or replaying videos since the new cloud upgrade. I am extremely upset about this and would like it corrected immediately.
SmartCam not working
Just stop working, entered my password but it keeps telling me incorrect PW, I’m trying to reset but it won’t let go through the process. Irritated already!!! Checked the smarcloud but there’s no option either.
Hung up on me
Gentlemen answered the call with an attitude, spoke really low so i repeated what i thought he said & was very rude about it. He asked me what model i had & i was translating for a family member & the gentleman decided to hang up after waiting on hold for a really long time. Left a terrible experience that’s now how you treat a customer.
ipolis not longer working and the phones are not working
i changed from xfinity comcast internet to the Fiber optics and since then i havent been able to see my cameras from my phone
Failure of cameras
I have three cameras in different locations in Europe all on good quality WiFi/ fibre. Since I updated new firmware last week I am unable to view events.
