Very disappointed with Samsung customer service. I called to return a smart watch a bought my wife for Christmas, the battery life is terrible (maybe 8 hours) and, though it claims to support gmail and other applications she uses, it only allows accessing them through the built in Samsung apps that limit the way they function. So 12/27, two days after the gift was opened I called to return it and was told it was likely not possible because of their 15 day return policy. I discussed the problems and the representative put in a request. 3 weeks with no response and I called back only to find out the request was summarily denied. I asked why I wasn't told and the rep responded that they will not notify customers, that I would have to call back to find out any responses from the company. Bottom Line: Don't buy from Samsung unless you are using it right then, Don't buy from Samsung if you have any worry the item might not work perfectly, Don't buy from Samsung at all.
