This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. A horror of all horrors. Samsung has me jumping through loops giving me fake fax numbers and new ticket numbers to send what they call "necessary info " before a repairman can be sent out to repair the electric range which is still under warranty. I have been given three different fax numbers and then told they never received the information. I am put on hold for lengthy periods of time. My advice to anyone considering buying an appliance, STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG. The style and features of their appliances are alluring but the products are inferior and service non-existent.

Bought brand new refrigerator from Home depot and their warranty is only 48hrs but this brand new refrigerator has not worked since day 1 but due to the temperature setting I was advise to wait 24 hrs to change the temp then wait another 24 hrs to see the change by then I was redirected to deal with Samsung which has been a nightmare from day 1. they refuse to refund or replace with a new refrigerator will only fix but I can't get them to send a repair person to come over. every time I'm schedule for service repair it gets cancel and they keep blaming each other Samsung and the third party service quick. now more than a month with a brand new refrigerator that does not cool. I'm very frustrated.

I'm in the same boat as many other people here. Brand new fridge at in December, compressor pump died in March. It's been a month now and I still haven't been able to get it repaired. There is only one samsung repair place in town and they have been giving me a runaround.

I have been having the same problem, just keep wanting more pics of this and that for tv. When I send them more pics there is always something not good enough for them. To compressed or to this that or the other thing. Three days now.
