HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at Target at Chesapeake Square , Chesapeake VA 23321.
Went exchange / return a baby bottle brush a $ 2.99 item had receiving it on 5/22/19 at home had been ordered on line from my daughters baby registry - she had received three so i decided to return it was offered .74 cents??????? had receipt item rang up as 2.99 NOT ONE OF THE SEVEN ASSOCIATES i spoke with could tell me why I would only get back 74 cents and not 2.99 - THEY DID NOT EVEN KNOW THEM SELVES So I was to give the back the 2.99 item and get .74cents refunded and then Target can sell again at 2.99 they said yep.
They also stated it had already bend returned on 18th of MAY - ODD SINCE I HAD IN MY HAND AND WAS SHIPPED TO MY HOUSE ON 22 OF MAY AND THIS WAS ON May 26th?????? This was the same thing we went through when my daughter when to exchange duplicates from baby shower had $ 40.00 worth of items was only offered $ 10.00 had RECEIPTS WHAT IS UP with your policy only refund or exchange for 25% of Total B.. S... needless to say will NEVER purchased anything from Target and Have let EVERYONE I can think not to do a baby or wedding registry with Target.
Black friday sale item baby jumper
we ordered online for blackfriday sales a baby jumper was on sale for 19.95 ordered it on Friday 11/29/2019 said it would be ready for pick up in two hours. we decided to pick it up today Saturday 11/30/2019. we called to make sure it was ready. they said it was not because they sold them out but when we ordered it they still had them for purchase online now their saying they don't have anymore after we paid for it with card and got the order number and all and they say they cant find anymore in the other stores this is bullshit. they must have given our order to someone else or someone came in store to purchase and gave them ours. its not about the money being returned its about the baby jumper we wanted with that PRICE SALE and we needed it by a certain date as well nownot sure they can find anymore and get it to us before dec 7th the store was located on rolling hills rd in Kissimmee fl. we shop at target often . but your online sales is the worst, you order online saying ready in two hours then saying it was not processed your costumer service one of the worst. your number one priority in customer service is the costumer. if you cant teach your sales people at yours stores or handle your online sales better then change your name to dollar store I expect that from them .this will probably sit in your files forever with a few layers of dust on it. way to go target!!!
Damaged box
I am a little disappointed in the condition of the box on my frozen vanity order#9061762321179. The one corner of the box was beat up. Don't know if this was UPS' fault or Target's.
Ship the damaged part to me
I tried to talk to customer service because I do not want to return this entire item. I want the damaged part shipped to me. It is large box plus i am not going to a store right now for a return due to COVID. If this is not resolved correctly I will not be shopping with Target.

I ordered an item on line. Had to return it because of the fit. I requested a refund. Target gave me a Target gift card instead of a refund. I told Target that I do not want a gift card because I do not regularly shop at Target. TODAY I have been on "Chat" and I didn't get answers. They were confused and told me to call customer service, which I did THE OTHER DAY and was on hold for over thirty minutes, so THAT DAY I tried Chat and I got booted out before I could finish typing. So I Chat tried again today. FYI.. I paid for this item on line with my PayPal account. Please help.

Target circle
I'm trying to opt out of the Target Circle membership but the site where I'm referred to keeps saying there is a temporary issue and won't allow me to proceed. When I called the Circle membership dept they told me I don't have a membership, they can't find anything under my email. That's ridiculous, when I sign in my information is all there. I think they are trying to discourage me from cancelling. But I have no intention of shopping at Target anymore so want to get rid of any ties to them. Very frustrating.
Target truck driver
I was coming home on O street yesterday at 4:45in Lincoln, NE. When you cross 84th street the 2 lanes become one immediately and signs are posted that the lane ends. A Target truck came through that intersection at a high rate of speed in the wrong lane and I had no where to go because I was in the correct lane and he was not. He refused to yield and I was scared because there were cars behind me. I was able to slow down right before the merging of lanes but that is just wrong. He or she should not be driving that way and there easily could have been a collision simply because whoever was driving your truck refused to follow the rules of the road. I have never done this before but it was such an awful experience I felt I had to try. The number on the truck was 803114. Thank you for your consideration in this safety issue.

Missing product/ waiting on exchange

My name is Valerie Kunzi. I am a customer. I am reaching out because I ordered: 2 x Madison Ave Scrub Top Navy Blue Small. Order #: 9052135204513. I tried on both scrub tops and they were too big. I placed the tops back in the original packaging, and put down exchange for 2 XS's on the slip which came with the package. I then inserted that slip in the original packaging and re-sealed the packaging, tops in in it with slip. I went to the post office and sent the package to the return address on the package. I paid $15 for that return. Tracking # via USPS 9505 5125 9236 9122 1582 57 proved that the package arrived and was Delivered: Mon, May 6, 03:17 PM. It is now May 24th, and I have neither received my 2 XS tops or a reimbursement should those tops not be available in that size. I reached out to your customer service agents who keep trying to get me to print a label on line. But what good does a label do when you already sent back the product. I am very disappointed with the lack of assistance. I work as a night nurse in a local ED in Los Angeles, and I bend over backwards for my patients... but when it comes to reaching out to you, after hours of chatting on line I am told to call a # and repeat everything I just chatted about. I don't have day time scheduling hours to stay up and talk. I work nights and therefore sleep days. That means my hours during the day are limited.
I think the problem is that your package didn't come with return slips. So I was forced to send the package to the return address... and although received.. you are not seeing it perhaps on your end because it most likely went directly to Medline the actual product third party that sent the scrubs.
My question to you is how do you proceed with a situation like this one? I spent almost 70 dollars on these two products and have done my best to return them immediately when they didn't fit. I spent about 15 dollars sending it back to the return address on the package and have proof of its delivery.... how can you help me receive my items or my reimbursement with the situation I have provided here?
