Holidaying in LA bought a suitcase from Target, wasn't a cheap one, the day I was flying out packed suitcase not overloaded and the zip split open so I just ran zipper back to re connect it. When collecting suitcase from conveyor belt in OZ I saw the zip had slip open again exposing my luggage as I was back in Australia made it hard to get a refund, my cousin in LA went in to target with Pictures of my case and receipt but they said they could do anything about it. I paid good money for a suitcase that lasted 24hrs before breaking and is now useless and Target doesn't care, Im very disappointed and disgusted with their attitude.
