I received an email stating the following:

We've noticed that you haven't used or contacted us about your FIXED TERM CD account ending in 3661 in the past 18 months.
It's important to check your balance occasionally in our mobile app or Online Banking or use your account to keep it active. Unfortunately, if you don't, we may have to consider your account abandoned property under state law and transfer your funds to the state.
A few ways to keep your account active:
• Sign in to Mobile or Online Banking to check your balance
• Use our mobile app to deposit a check
• Make a deposit or withdrawal at any of our financial centers or ATMs

I moved back to Singapore many years ago and have been trying to access the residual funds I have in the Bank of America account I left behind but could not get any help from the Singapore branch of Bank of America. I do not have the mobile app (It is not available in Singapore) and I do not have online banking.
Please advice how I can keep the account active. I would also prefer to close the account and transfer the funds back to Singapore if possible.

I could not find any email address I could communicate with and neither any other avenue of communication with the bank.

Please advice.

thank you.

I am an old customer of Bank of America. I opened my account 25+years ago. This was when I was working for a US PVO called World Education Inc. This organization is based in Boston. I had to face some problems in checking my account and transferring money from one account to another account within BOK and also to a third party.

Hello I was exchange student in New Jersey City University. I had made bank account in this year but due to COVID-19 I came back to Korea. When i was making bank account, they said i don't have to pay monthly fee because i'm under 24 years old. But I paid monthly fee twice on May 22th, and June 24th. Could you let me know why i had to pay this fee??
