Called this # 5 times, talk with a Tech, name Sandy very helpful was told to try a different TV which worked with no problem, called again and got Miguel and asked for a shipping ticket and was told to take TV back to Best Buy, was told they would ship for repair at my cost. TV was bought 2/2020. Called and got Miguel again and was told he couldn't hear me and he hung up on me, called again and line went dead. These calls are recorded and I should have gotten a call back they have my number. If I can't get help I will file a compliant with the BBB. Either I get my money back or a new TV.
