Hello, I've had my 49" TCL Television for a couple years now, and it has been the best TV I've ever owned. However, from its original purchase it has had a terrible issue where i can see the screen constantly refresh itself and it really affects the viewing experience. Is there any repair that can be done to remedy this problem?

On the internet you post Customer Service in number of places as 877-300-8837. Why do I get the message that this number is no longer working? If you have a new phone number please email me the new number. I have a 65 inch TV that will not work with its control. We did reach you once and the tech. told us to get a working new control. We ordered one that was in compliance with our model TV. It doesn't work. We need help to phase the control to work with the TV. 507-399-1230. Please respond quickly.
