i had trouble connecting a 2nd roku stick. it gave me an error code 007.. requested to call 1-866-892-6873. when contact was maid, i was told i needed to send $100.00 for 5 years, $150.00 for 7 years, or $200.00 for a lifetime subscription. "WOW"----- (where did this come from). i called the real customer support & the gentlemen that i contacted at roku did an excellent, & very patient job of correcting all my problems. i wish i could remember his name. i hope you can put a stop to this problem.THANK YOU Mr. roku man
Explicit screensavers
I just bought 4 Roku tvs for my sons bedrooms because we had already had 2 of them in our home and discovered over 25 raunchy screensavers on here located in the "browse screensavers" all screensavers section. Half naked women all posing in suggestive poses. I called customer support and was told there is no way to remove them. Having a roku account there should be an option to monitor these types of things.
Either roku makes a setting to remove these or i will no longer be a customer. I will take all of my tvs back to the store. I have to keep internet on their tvs in order for them to get our spectrum cable channels. What is a solution to this??? Roku shouldn't be exposing children to this.

Roku setup
Two years ago when we purchased are Roku.We were having some problems setting it up,I called a number that ROKU gave and was told that we needed to pay a fee of $50.00 to set up a firewall and couldn't use the Roku with out it.We had to call the bank to release the money because they were in Canada. I saw that on Fox News this was a scam. We have had problems. Spectrum has been signed in on Lifetime... We have MCTV. We have reset our Roku and notice there still signins that our not ours.
Fraud
In May 2018 I spoke with a man named Peter to help me with a problem I had, well he never did fix the problem. Then he asked how long did I want to have Roku and charged me 299.00 dollars. I have talked to others from Roku told me, Roku should never charged me anything. I have put in A claim with Wells Fargo Bank.
