The other day i selected the unlimited data plan for 20 dollars. I noticed on my credit card I was charged twice for the one plan I selected. Can you please fix it?

I was wondering if I would still be able to get the promotion I was offer a few months ago for 19.99 for the current package I have.

I started my service today and was trying to take advantage of the three years service for free as advertised on your home page and your representative had no ideal on what I was talking about. This is the purchase of a 2019 Chevy Silverado. Please advise if this is no longer offered.

I have received 2 calls lately from 5024672453 that did not leave a message so I assume they are SCAMMERS as most scammers do not leave a message and if they do not leave a message I block them and report them as SCAM because anyone that wants to talk to me that I do not know their number “WILL” leave a message but of course this one didn’t so if you ever want to call me and I do not answer the phone please do leave a message otherwise the number will be reported as SCAM even to the FCC and will be blocked. Please do make a note of this in your system there are so many scams around that if they call most of time I do not answer the phone due to the fact I don’t have time to fool with Scammers. So from now on if you call and if this really was Onstar that called ALWAYS LEAVE A MESSAGE!!

My husband Greg died in 2014 and his name STILL appears on my account. I have contacted On Star services several times over the years since Greg's death. Today I renewed my account (#121407889 and I still note "Greg Palfe" on the notification.

Please update my account to reflect I am the sole person on this account.

My Husband Duane passed away my email was sdhamm@ embarqmail.com I changed it to above email as my computer broke down and now on EAGLE.com I called in to ON STAR on the car phone and she said I would have to go to Buick.com and change cant find it. please help me.

I was behind traffic that was stopped and waiting for a traffic light to change. the vehicle in front of me for some reason backed into my vehicle and when the light changed he drove away like nothing happened! I proceeded to follow him and pushed the red emergency Onstar button! Onstar helped me stay calm and told me they would stay with me! Onstar also called the Sheriff's dept. for me. Thanks for helping us to be safe out there!
