Ordered steak medium and received steak well done. Would of been nice since we did not want to waste the food to be offered a free dessert. We come here like 6x a month at least but kind of disturbing that since we didn't want to wait for them to cook another steak that money off or free dessert was not offered.

I recently went to chili's in Midvale, UT and was not pleased with my chili's experience. We ordered Appetizers and didn't receive plates or silverware had to wait 5 min for server to be seen again to ask. Then when we were finished, but she never took out plates out of the way or the baskets of food and by this time it had been 35-45 minutes since we had gotten our appetizers. I wasn't mad about how long our food was taking since it was a Saturday night but our waiter had about 2-3 tables and she was never around to even check on us.

When we got our food taken out to us (not the waiter) the old food was everywhere even with us moving things around there wasn't room for our food on the small table. They had to wait until our server came by which took another few minutes to clear the dishes. Our food was then cold and there was four of us eating and every single one of our plates was cold. I decided not to tell our waitress because we didn't have time for a re-fire and I am usually not one to complain. I got the 2 for 25 and she asked us what desert and I told her but we were running late (hour and a half we were there so far) so I asked for it to go and she said it'll be out in just a minute. Paying for the dinner on the machine didn't work for me because she charged me for things I didn't order so I had to wait for her to fix that so then I could pay.

This had taken her a few minutes to figure out no big deal it happens all the time. I then waited an additional ten minutes for my desert and never received it. I asked the server to check on it for us and after another five to ten minutes we just left. From when I ordered my desert it has been at least fifteen to twenty minutes for it. I just thought I'd let you know since it's been one of the worst services I have ever had. Thank you.
