Cold burger, Brown salad, Non chili after market salad dressing. Never had a complaint in years until tonight.

I was charge 10 dollars more in my credit card in Thursday 8 at 6:40 in bauton route la my number 832 506 7103.

Tonight I order my food from doordash. when I received it steak was overcooked could not cut into it, it was hard as a rock, the chicken tenders was cold. I'm very disappointed the cheese bites was salty so my whole meal was wrong.

Placed an online order when I arrived order was not ready I stood there 10 mins after order was suppose to have been ready and I still wasn't. I had to leave do to i was already 15 mins late for a post I had to be on for my job. This is the 3rd time in a row I have order from this location but first time complaining, I will not be returning.

On 4/17/2020, the online ordering was down for Chili’s Franklin Indiana. I tried calling for 45+ minutes and could never get through to place an order. Someone would pick the phone up after several rings and hang it back up. Never was able to place an order. Went somewhere else. Trying to support businesses during this pandemic, but the obviously don’t want the business.

I am a disabled vet, I placed an order for curbside pick up to be ready @ 3:17 pm got there at 3:20 sent here text, waited 10 minutes and resent here, restaurant was empty I parked right in front of door so they could see me, i observed them in the store doing nothing, waited 10 more minutes and still no delivery to the car. After waiting 7 more minutes I went in and food was cold already, waitress said nothing looked at me and handed me my bag with no thank you, sorry nothing I had already gave a 20% plus tip. Now customer service is unavailable to take my call. REALLY Chili’s REALLY.

The phone service they use will put you on endless hold and frequently ask you to keep pressing 1 to stay on hold. After awhile of this, the system just hangs up on you. It's ridiculous!
