Cancelled flight
I stopped flying AA 35 years ago after you lost my luggage in Franfurt airport and then made me pay 75 Deutschmarks to get it back. I wrote several letters and the only response I got was you weren't responsible. But no one else had my luggage. This time I pay $1000 for a direct flight BWI to DFW and back where I PARKED MY CAR. You cancelled my flight minutes after I return my rental car. I can't find your desk in DFW because there are little to NO signs. I get rerouted through Miami to get back to BWI almost 8 hours late and if I were to suggest a refund or even a lower rate I would probably hear the same response I heard about the money in Germany. I stopped flying American for a reason. If this had not been an emergency I would have chosen another airline. Next time i will pay extra just so I dont have to fly your airline.
No flights from LGA to PIT
flights all canceled on 8/7 form LGA TO PIT and my husband has been up for a day and a half and has been bumped from all of his flights so far today, 8/8. Unacceptable for this to happen, much less to someone his age. We will never fly AA again.
Lack of personnel
On American Eagle AA3007, Phoenix to Medford, I had arranged for a wheelchair for my husband. Yep! there WAS a wheelchair on the ground with NO escort. My husband had to slowly walk down the gangplank, holding up others that were disembarking to reach the chair. I not only had to push him in the wheelchair I had to struggle with the carry-ons to the baggage claim area. It wasn't easy ! I was quite surprised to find that the wheelchair was FAAAR away but that there was no attendant with it. When a customer requests a wheelchair, do you not think that further assistance may be needed. Yes, I could have asked, but I should not HAVE to. Please rethink your wheelchair policy.

Refund for voucher
My name is Shirley Johnson passenger ticket number 0012187384250, I was issued a voucher from your airline for 200 dollars which will expire soon. The person who helped me was Salk Saulk unfortunately my information was lost and I can't retrieve any of my information concerning this. I would like to use this before it expires. The travel date was June 10. The trip was to Montego Jamica we had a lay over in Carolina Please any assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
