Horrible customer service representative
On February 19th at 8:30 pm PST, USA, cannot log in to account, tried to receive an email 3 times unsuccessful, I called and waited 30 minutes for a call back only to encounter the rudest most unhelpful woman who then hung up on me after suggesting I was rude. I had my wife and assistant on the line with me to help this woman spoke rudely to my wife and proceeded to become increasingly rude to me. If you look at my account you will see I am a good customer and this employee if she was unable to assist me should have forwarded my call to a supervisor.
After she hung up on me attempting to call back only resulted in a recording informing me of another 20 to 30 minutes wait, I get up at 5 am to run my business and if any of my employees ever spoke to a customer in the manner in which your representative spoke to myself and to my wife that employee would be seeking employment elsewhere. Due to my work schedule it is difficult for me to find time to call however my last call about 3 days ago that woman was helpful and polite. I would strongly suggest you research the person to whom I spoke and review basic manners and customer service skills.
