Hotel mattress
Talked to representatives for 2 days trying to send email of photos of tags (701-008-AKatherine, have paid for warranty kit, cannot get your email to work as far as replying to a test or otherwise, is it possible to get help?
Mattress defect and too hard
Upon delivery if mattress, we found it to be too hard and unable to sleep. When on my side, my shoulders hurt, it like laying on a board. Went and bought memory foam pad bed topper $249. And still very uncomfortable. Also there is a defect- from strap it starts curving inward to end. Can we get a replacement for a softer one with no defects.
Defect in mattress
The mattress was very comfortable in the begging. But it has started saving in spots. And on the edge. My husband says it’s noisy. Sounds like a spring pops.
Defective adjustable base
Adjustable base reference #803728. When down button is pushed, it makes a bumping noise when going down. And when you let it up, the mattress bulges, causing dents in mattress. Also, we were told to purchase the Twin XL, but my husband's feet hangs over bed. Would like to upgrade to a California King or receive a refund. It does not seem as though the Serta mattresses are actually made for an adjustable bed -- the mattresses should not bulge and dent.
What to do?
I have a defective adjustable base, have not had it three month.. need to know what to do.
Mattresses
We purchased a Serta split king power bed and two Serta essential mattresses. We are both disabled and thought we would really enjoy the bed. However the opposite. We are up adjusting the mattresses because they keep sliding causing a deep Gap in the middle. Spent over $4000.
