Sagging mattress
Serta replaced a mattress for us around Feb. 17, 1918. I am sorry to say, this new mattress, only barely a year later, says terribly on both sides where we sleep and is higher in the middle. We are very dissatisfied and either wish a better quality mattress or a REFUND OF $1000 WE PAID for the original mattress on QVC.
Velcro boxspring corner pieces
Hi!
I'm contacting you on behalf of a customer (Hudson's Bay Company) who is unsure how to affix the velcro pieces to the corner of her new boxspring. I haven't been able to find any information regarding this but the customer says she was reading about it in the owner's manual. Can you assist me in helping provide direction to my customer.
