I went to the store I use in Queretaro , Mexico to send money to my wife's family and the woman at the counter denied to send money even with my valid passport !! I have never had this problem in 20 years with WU !! What the heck is going on ????I am still unable to send money to my wife Gloria Maria Monsalve Palacio also....... I have not used WU since early November I believe.

Three weeks they have refused to release my money i sent to my landlord. Every time i called they gave me same sentence over and over its ready have her go with her id and pick it up three weeks they have done this. Well now she has given me a eviction notice for not being able to obtain the funds, western union is holding my money for no damn reason. i m getting kicked out going to be homeless because of western union and they still wont give me my money.

And its policy that after 10 days and my receiver is unable to get the money sent that ni could receive my money refunded plus what ever fees bullshit they lie. its not about making the world a better place its about stealing my money

Ive tried several times today and in the past years to login to my account either on my iPhone or iPad or my iMac, nothing works, your security question says "mothers maiden name" thats was fine but then the stupid thing says repeat answer but dis-allows you to enter it a second time, I've phone your customer care twice today and twice they gave a link and a temporary password which again didn't work but has infuse blocked my account now for an hour which is unacceptable? please do sort your crap site out because I now have to drive to a western union shop to send money, this is an outrageous problem and its been going on for years and years, do something someone!

I have been sending money to my son every weekend for the past ten years and have never heard of an agent location charge $3.00 to process a Western Union transaction. I thought the agent location is already payed by you. The name of the agent location that is charging this extra fee is Republic Cash in South Portland Maine. I would appreciate a response back. My son has tried other locations in Portland to receive his money but claims he is required to make out to much paperwork.

I have been blocked from sending and receiving money via Western Union. My fiance is a US Army service member in Syria. He has an adopted son in Tamale, Ghana. He has a authorized accountant located in Tamale, Ghana in lieu of US Army. He asked that I help send money to his friend in service with him as a favor. His friend was killed in action yesterday and my fiance was wounded.

His assigned accountant is Abdulai Yakubu. Mr. Yakubu went to China to work so the accountant was changed to Haruna Zakaria. Now Mr Yakubu is back in Tamale working.

I am not breaking any laws. My fiance is not breaking any laws. He is a US citizen as am I but he has family ties in Ghana. His mother is from Ghana. His father is American.

Because of these issues your company has blocked me from ALL incoming and outgoing transactions both within the United Stares and Internationally. I cannot use online access or agent access. This is causing a financial burden on me.

Is there anyway this decision can be changed to allow me access to US and international financial situations again.

The Western Union agents explained they were offline. We are talking about emergency money am not getting for two days. OFFLINE FOR 2 DAYS? What is going on with Western Union. I have had nothing but trouble getting through to speak to a real person! When I finally got through I was put on hold for at least 10 minutes then the line opened all I heard was 100s of voices in the background but no one was there. I called again and finally got through to a real person! It took me 3 days of frustration to finally talk to someone who was willing to help me. I also am angry about having to explain why I am sending money overseas. I understand your rules but after I have been sending money to the same person for several months, now you decide to stop me and make me give information you already have. Also, your telephone system needs to be updated so that you can get to speak to a real person without going through several screenings and still not be able to get a real person!

What is error code: R7008?

I had one card (card number:486348001677XXXX) which was associated with the account western union adress (tsiresy94 @gmail.com). however this card was cut and we need to change for an other one that y use actually (card number: 486348001183XXXX). One day, i want to use this new card for to send money, suddenly when y want to fill the password of the western union account,it'was denied however this password is the same i always use for to open my account.So, i made forgot this password for to change a new one and it's coming there the problem.

Therefore, if there is a way to change this password, please advice me. Waiting a new from you soon.

Today my brother sent me 1500 $ by WU. I went to pick it up tracking no. and ID in hand. They told me they dont have a record of the tracking no. I call my brother and he called WU.he was told to come back to WU. When he got there they gave him his money back and told him he could not use WU to send that amount of money because they thought it was drug money. The problem comes on the other end at the bank my fiancé gets the transfer from. I don't know the name of the bank but I send the money to Olga Koroleva in Russia. it started out the bank refused to give her the transfer in American dollars then they just blocked the transfer she missed a day of work and had all kinds of trouble she finally had to call your company and thank God you helped her I would like to file a complaint against the bank you do business with where she receives her transfer I know this is a hassle for you but she should not have to be treated like a fool in that bank. I have been sending money to my fiance, and friends in Nigeria for months. The small amounts I have sent has help these families through some tough times, not mention help my wedding plans of my fiance.
