Very unhappy i can’t contact anyone no numbers i am being directed to the Philippines was on hold and chat for over an hour got my food half way but not my 3.99 i need help i need someone to contact me from California says u have a business there not the Philippines.

They messed up my earnings with a repeating refund to my account. To the sum of over a grand in deposits of under 4 dollars for a refund in a cancelled order while I was at the restaurant. They claimed I deposited it all in my account through fast pay. But only my weekly earnings where deposited. Now they claim they have fixed it and my account says -735.45 or something. So I can not dash until they resolve it or I am working to pay off a negative balance on my account with no earnings or cash flow to work with. This company is scamming me and I wonder how many people they have done this to. No number to call. Only email. And they claim they have resolved the issue.

My food was to be delivered today 11/27/18 from IHOP between 4:30 and 5 PM. Well its now 5:45 pm and still no delivery. I will never order here again.

Hey, my friends already completed 150 deliver on time but I haven't got my refer bound.

I just received a document with the form 1099 with the business address and using a name who doesn't exist in our corporation. Who is KJ Salley? this doordash is a scam... I am trying to reach this company to make sure they made a mistake sending this form 1099!!

I ordered a nice dinner 3 hours early (I set a delivery time of 7pm) they started the food on time. The food was picked up at 6:45- so far so good. I looked at the estimated delivery time & it said 7:40! The driver had multiple places to drop off before he got to us. So he was going to drive around with our food in the car for 45 min. delivering other orders. Our ice cream dessert would be melted, food cold, etc. Door Dash had 3 hours (places the order at 4pm) to get a driver & they screwed it up. Customer service was good but had to wait on hold 15 min to get them.

Do not order from this company. awful customer service, awful late delivery.

Three days now, still no delivery. Company not accepting consumer calls, chat bot unmanned, email mot answered. NOTHING BUT THIEVES, WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS.

They took over $300. off my debt card. Called the phone number but would not answer because of the covid did get my money back A few times they left the food at the wrong door but that was the GPS maps Will not use them any more.

I just received a bill for an order that was delivered on my Merrick Bank card on 10/08/20. It was not me as I do not live in Los Angeles, Ca. Someone used my card # to order food from Blosom Japanese (their phone # is 213-908-6838). I have contacted my credit card company and they have cancelled my account, credited this charge and will be investigating how this was allowed to go through. Most companies require a 3 digit security code when taking a credit card order. Obviously either Doordash or Blosom Japanese (located on W 3rd St, Los Angeles, Ca) did not follow the correct procedures and allowed the transaction to go through. NOT GOOD AT ALL considering we live 3,000 miles away!!! You are now going to lose what you charged for delivery of that Jap Food! Get with the program; whoever took the call should be ashamed.

Tried to speak to someone about an order that was delivered smelling like they doused it with a perfumed spray. The food even smelled like it. Tried to report driver and person from door dash could not understand me nor I them. I speak english. Don't use this company. Independent driver's and company take no responsibility for bad service or messing with your food.
