I am on hold right now to get assistance with a bill as of right now it has been 46 minutes. To add insult to this they owe me money not the other way around. Maybe if they don’t have enough help on the phones, away for them to call you back?

I had a booster at CVS's East Northport, NY, location on Sept. 23. Providers are required to report vaccinations to NY State within 15 days, but my booster apparently wasn't, and it does not appear on my Excelsior Pass (https://epass.ny.gov/home).

I called CVS today (Oct. 11) and was transferred numerous times, to circular voice mails and to agents whose English was barely understandable and who were of no help. Finally I reached Colette, who tried very hard to help. But despite her considerable effort -- e.g. searching by address, phone number, birth date, etc., in case my name was misspelled -- she could find no record of my vaccination in CVS's system, or even of my existence. This even though I've had other vaccinations at CVS and prescriptions filled there. Finally, Colette said she would connect me to another department that would be able to dig deeper. After a moment on hold, I was disconnected. Now what? Spend another hour on the phone tomorrow?

A friend who also had a booster recently at a Long Island CVS is in the same boat: her shot was also not reported and she has spent hours on the phone, futilely trying to find someone at CVS who can help.
