I ordered a mattress from Sam’s Club.com. On September 17, 2018. The mattress was delivered on September 26, 2018. The website states I will receive $300 of e gift cards after delivery. The item was the queen infusion 1000, blue comfort pillowtop plush mattress set. I called Sam’s about this inquiry and I received a back office reply, stating Serta will send me the e-gift cards through my email and it may take 3-4 weeks. Is that the correct information? I called the customer service number at Serta and it states to notify the retailer regarding promo items offered. I am confused with Sam’s response and the automated message response with your customer service. Please let me know the correct information.
