Quality of the brand has deteriorated a lot i last year. Dont recommend anyone buying it.
Bad experience
I just finished sending an comment about a bad customer service by one of your associates at a store.
Poor customer service
The Auburn Mall- Victoria Secrets Store is ran poorly. The associates do not want to assist customers who are over 30 or above. I have purchased underwear from that store several times, paid cash. Not one person will approach me, they are on the lap top computers constantly, they look at me and turn the other way.... I have purchased items up to 2-300 dollars worth and they don’t care. I always shop there without assistance from anyone... but I get what I want and leave. They make me feel I’m in welcomed.... but I get what I want myself. So rude. I spend most of my money at the Marlboro Victoria’s location. Much nicer atmosphere. I asked to be measured one time and the associate gave me the measure tape at the Auburn store....... so judgemental. I’m 5’11 and a 40-c they never have my bra size in store, I have ordered online for a particular style and always out of stock....so I have decided to shop elsewhere.... just thought you should know..... I feel you should service women of all ages and not the teens who buy one bra and one underwear at a time. More women who are welcomed will buy more if you wait on them than ignored. my husband will not even shop there because of their rudeness.
Rude cashier
Is 2021 and I feel same a way. The employee treaded me badly at Florida mall store because I’m older I guess. Looks like 3 years passed and no improvement. And also I been told by online costumer care that VS not provide email for costumer service only 1800 number... I’m done here.
Rude associate today, 11-5-18
I had the rudest girl today in your Washington Pa store, she told me i could only use my 3x points award card 1 time, and when i showed her the email that says I can use it through out the shopping season she said well let me try it if it doesn’t work you can’t use it. She also said that we did not qualify for a free bag when clearly I spent over $100. I drive from Wheeling West Virginia to your Washington PA store because of the service that I have had in the past I will not let this one girl ruined that experience because I feel wvu associate should not ruin it for the entire store.
I shop there quite often on my receipt transaction was 5748 cashier was 317-6641 @store 5109 to again very disappointed and the young lady today no hello no thank you no nothing she was just straight up rude. I also worked in retail at a local grocery store as a store manager and I would hope that this young lady will be addressed for the way that she treats your customers again thank you for listening.
Shopping experience
I usually love shopping here. The experience I had the other night was unpleasant. I received an exclusive invitation for Angel cardholders and a friend. Well all of the invitation was incorrect and misleading. It clearly stated “come shop After hours without the crowds”. Well the mall was still open and it was crowded. There was no scratch give aways. There was no “everyone gets a gift” the ladies were rude and unfriendly and unprofessional no help at all there were hardly any sales going on. The signs were misleading for what little sale they did have. the associates gave wrong information and at checkout they were unwilling and clearly irritated to help out at all. they look down upon you as to what are you doing here shopping. I just don’t know about going there again as much as I love shopping there.
No help offered and rude associate
I was in your store in Merrillville, IN at 12:15 PM. There were multiple employees working all over on the VS side, several in each room. But they were not helping a single customer, they were completely focused on pushing product to the sales floor. I had to seek out help to locate the bra I was looking to exchange. Once I located my item and had finished on the VS side, I went to the Pink side to continue shopping, once again nobody talked to me. I took a look at the sale buckets they had and nothing was sized. The medium bucket contained more xs and larges then mediums. The hanging sale section was also a mess with merchandise all over the floor. I proceeded to the cashier #1732346 where she repeatedly told me the bra I was bringing back was clearance.
I had to tell her multiple times that it was not purchased on clearance and to look at the receipt. My receipt was from 12-13-18 and I was shopping on 1-15-19 well within the stated 90 day return policy on the back of my receipt. The bra was never worn and all the tags were still attached. She finally did the exchange and then stuffed my new bra in the bag and rudely mumbled have a nice day. Disappointing experience for the price charged for your product and a big reason I shop online or why I don't shop Victoria Secret at all!
Customer service
I usually have a pleasant experience but yesterday I purchased the 10 for $35 panties and an wear everywhere bra. They didnt have my size bra in the color I wanted so they ordered it online. The bra was supposed to be $19.95 but I was charged $27.45 when I asked shouldnt the price be $19.95 she told me no and said they were not on sale which was not true. After she finished the purchase I went back to the pink side and asked someone and both ladies confirmed I was correct and told me to call customer service I did and they told me to go back to the store. At this point I am getting pissed about run around any ready to just cancel order. This is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Think I am going to contact BBB next not good business at all.
Great experience for great clothes and accessories

It took about an hour to collect the great priced tops, bottoms and accessories. could use a few more check out people always a long line. train employees on what is featured, on sale and thing at door. very kind and willing to help.
Uncomfortable
I shop at VS in Rockford IL. I must say that the employees there are all very pleasant, helpful, & keep a smooth running line.. However, one day I noticed a *Male looking female (Adam's Apple) & felt very disturbed. I know you are getting pressure from LGBT but Please. This is a Lady's Lingerie store. & I swear if that *Male (bc that's what he is) is allowed into the dressing rooms where woman are naked, I will be pissed!!
Waiting at checkout, rude cashier
I went to buy a Christmas gifts at the store located at the mall of pentagon city,I was waiting on line for almost 10 minutes, finally they opened another register,my transaction was almost $180.00 and when I asked the cashier for some extra small bags,she told me that I can get only three bags,this never happened to me on a previous purchase,I bought a total of 23 items. I’m disappointed for that,because I’m a regular customer.

Cheated out of offer
On December 27th,2019 while shopping Victoria Secret website I say that if I opened a Victoria Secret charge card I would receive $15 off my first purchase. So...I did. Could not get the $15 to come off of my purchase so I went ahead and put my purchase on a different card. Called customer service and explained to her what had happened.(Jennifer) Was told that if I made a purchase in our local store that the sales associate would be able to make the coupon go through. Well, she couldn’t....said I should have got the coupon with my card...didn’t! What a hassle! Called and closed the newly opened account. You really should make it easier for the sales associates to satisfy a customer. Love the Pajames I purchased but hated the whole run around experience just trying to get my $15 coupon.
No patience with customers
I was shopping in the Victoria Secret store #1620 within the Broward mall. I went shopping because of the one day sale, and the store wasn’t busy for it to be around 2:30pm at all. It was pretty quiet in the store. Barely any associates or customers. I took it as an opportunity to take my time while shopping, I picked multiple items. By the time I was ready to check out, it was only me and 2 other waiting customers behind me. The cashier 1776284, was rushing me at the counter to decide on the items I wanted to purchase. I used the counter space to lay out everything I had in mind to buy, only a select few things I wanted to get. All she did was take the items off the counter and started ringing them up and said, “how are you paying? Cash or card?” and not once asked if this was what I to buy. I told her to wait and let me decide. She stared at me, still in a rush. Being that the store was not busy. Only 2 waiting customers behind me.
Once I picked my item she snatched it from the counter and rolled it up in the tissue paper and I paid. She wasn’t too happy that I didn’t get everything. I was picking up my bags to leave and she was already calling the next customer. Please remind your employees that some of us shoppers can be secret shoppers. And to be nice to everyone you come in contact with. Customer service isn’t good at all, don’t rush a paying customer, because without customers you wouldn’t receive commission nor have a paycheck without me. I work first hand in customer service - this is not how you should treat anyone. Stop rushing someone okay, whatever it is you have to do? It can wait. I’m not sure if I will consider shopping here anymore - anytime soon.
You may want to look at how
You may want to look at how you were one to look on your own actions. You knew there was not that may associates and it was slow. Did you think about the customers that were in line behind you waiting. You could have step to the side to figure out what you wanted to buy. Secret shopper or not you should have known better in you own actions. I don't feel as if you were a secret shopper by you own wording. Maybe next think before you do and think of others and there time.

Or if you are the young lady that was behind the counter? You could’ve respectfully ignored my concern. And my shopping experience. I said ‘I could’ve been a secret shopper’, there’s a difference I never claimed to be one. If you feel bothered or agitated by my comment and my shopping experience at that location? Please go ‘clock in’ to help them then. Since it wasn’t many of them working on the sales floor. I was neither I disrespectful toward the cashier nor the customers. Neither did the customers behind me rushed my transaction. In fact, I knew the customers behind me. If its slow or not - don’t rush a paying customer - secret shopper or not. Thank you for reading.

Today 8/31/2020 went shopping at the victoria secret in orange. I went because, I had a 10 dollar coupon and a free panty. The cashier told me "I dont think you can use this coupon because it's for pink and you are at Victoria secret. " first of all, I know my location and second with this difficult time coupons should be flexible right now. I asked another associate, and, she told me of course you can use it. The first cashier scanned it and the system approved it. Please be nice to your customers! We pay a lot of money this is our store we should all feel welcome.

Poor cashier customer service
We went to the Grapevine Mills Mall in Texas. The Victoria Secret store is wonderful there. All the ladies in the store kept checking on me asking if I needed anything and always gave me their name I needed anything. But when my husband and I went to check out, the cashier #3508862 was rude. Was acting like we were bothering her. Then the leggings that my husband was buying me did not have a tag. She looked at me and said well can you just get another pair with a tag. I looked at her like what the Heck, are you serious. So I went through the store to get another pair. Then when we were ready to pay, she did not give us the total, just kept looking around. We paid, then had to ask her about the promotion card they had going on, she actually rolled her eyes and threw it in the bag and looked behind us and said next.
Bad customer service
Was in Visalia ca location on Black Friday proceeded at checkout I had 2 perfumes for the $35 buy 1 get one. They had both side bottles on same table and would not honor the price for the big bottle. I asked for the manager she advised she was one was extremely rude tone of voice and hand gestures. Come to find out she wasn’t a manager and did call one. But he didn’t solve anything he told me since they were on the back side of the table he couldn’t honor it ! Really disgusted how the cashier reacted and won’t be going into that location ever again ! Cashier number was 1746758.

Hi - Just wanted to let you know of my experience when I went into the Victoria's Secret today on my lunch hour to buy two gift cards. Before doing so, I called to make sure that they were still in the Northfield at Stapleton (CO) shopping area. The female employee who answered the phone was very polite and bubbly. I told her what I wanted and she then proceeded to let me know that if I spent $100.00 that I would receive one of their fleece blankets. I told her I was going to purchase two $50.00 gift cards and she responded "that's great" and that I would qualify for the free gift of the blanket. I then headed out to purchase the gift cards for my two daughter-in-laws and waited for a few customers before making my purchase. When I told the cashier who came off the floor to assist the other cashier, what I wanted to purchase, she was fine. She didn't mention the blankets that were on the back counter so I asked her about them. She said "No, I have to make a $100.00 purchase to get a free blanket." I then questioned her that I just did make a $100.00 purchase, she reiterated that it had to be merchandise. Hmmm I saw the big sign in the window that said $100 purchase and you get a free fleece blanket upon entering and exiting the store and when I told her I called ahead and spoke to one of the employees there, that they said because I was making a $100 purchase even of the gift cards that I would receive the free blanket. She then just said she would make sure and tell her associates that it has to be merchandise. To me, that is insulting as I buy gift cards for my daughter-inlaws and granddaughter every year for birthdays and Christmas and they always spend far more than the gift cards I buy when they go in to redeem them.
To me that is false advertising with the signs in the windows and the employee letting me know about the bonus gift. The cashier was also quite curt with me when I asked. Please understand I didn't go there purposely to get a free blanket but when the advertisement and your employee follows up telling me about the offer before I even get there, I expect it to be the truth. Honestly, I have a lot of options for gift cards so will definitely rethink ever going back in to your stores in the future as simply can't support bad customer service. Just as an FYI, I've done customer service for years and this is bad customer service.

Rude cashier
I have the rudest girl today at Palm Beach Gardens, Fl, store 50317, cashier 3578615 ( her manager finished the transaction so I don't know if is her, I think her name is Clare) She never said hi, never asked anything. Her welcome words were we close in 15 min ( was a lie it was 30 min) I asked you don't time to return a bra and to sell a leggin, she told me, reasy? " I mean that it will be nicer if you arrive earlier to the store" I reply her, it would be nicer if you don't say that to me. Then she kept upset because I didn't have the receipt and told me, " do you see? Itold her you can find it swiping my card, she continued giving me an awful attitude.
She didn't know how to do anything. I told her that I don't want to buy anything and that I want that someone else take care of me. In general in this store. So I decided to shop elsewhere, after that and no one told me that it was late ( keep in mind it was after that around 7 and the attention in the other store was excellent). This store run poorly, the associates do no want to assist any customer, no one approach me to ask me if I need anything. They made me feel so unwelcome. If you don't want to sell anything at 6: 30 pm why you don't close your store. Why you don't contract a manager from Publix, or Express to train you how to train and to choose your employees. I do not recommend this store.
Worst customer service
We have been shopping Victorias Secret at Brandon Mall in Brandon Florida for many years. On 16 June 2018 my wife and I were approached in the store by a man named Carlos. He interrupted our shopping trying to sell some bags and directing us to another section of the store. A few minutes later we asked a female associate for some assistance in finding a small size underwear. She pointed to a drawer and said the small sizes are in that drawer and left. My wife and I are uncomfortable with male associates in the store and the female was not helpful.
We will not return to this store. Male associates are rude by interrupting us shopping and we do not feel they are appropriate to help us period. My wife and i both are very uncomfortable with males assisting us in shopping for female undergarments. When did this policy of male associates begin and why?
