Today I was in the store to see if the tote's which were advertised last week to card holder's was now available. I made a $84 purchase last Sat. and the bags were not available. several stores had ran out. I was told by the manager to check in a few days, at any of the stores, to see if the tote's were in again. I checked today at this particular store and the cashier I mentioned was rude in her behavior and did everything she could to avoid allowing me to get the bag, this store did have some. I explained to her what I had been told at the store of purchase, so she called for the manager. The manager told her to do a return/re-purchase, and give me the bag, the cashier seemed unhappy that she had to give me the bag, very strange. If I had not been able to receive the bag as a card holder who spent nearly $100, I would have returned everything, and probably not shopped victoria secret again, just because of her behavior. I suggest Management place extreme emphasis on how customers are treated, after all there would be no victoria secret if it wasn't for the customers.
Defective product
I bought 2 pairs of sandals last year, my sandals last me at least 2 seasons. This particular pair of black "Pink" sandals literally broke in half. I don't have a receipt because who keeps receipts that long, seriously. Now I'm just waiting for the other pair to snap in half as well. The new ones I just bought I will be returning.
