Purchased an ABS control module July 2019 (order #113451568). Part failed November 2019. Rock auto web sight suggested fastest way for warranty was to reorder part which I did. New part arrived and was installed. Back to web sight, and am told first one not returnable. Web sight leads me in circle between both orders, can't claim warranty on second one, (order # 125344873) or first one. Web sight says warranty is 12 months, 18000 mi. What can I do to claim warranty?

I have purchased parts from you in the past and only had one problem (it was not your fault ) I'm having trouble ordering parts now because of shipping cost .When I want parts that only come to 30-40 $ and shipping costs are almost 200.00$ I'm not doing this .I would be good coming through the USPO or UPS if the cost are not that high or even having 10 days to deliver can anything be done about this ? Replacement alternator was correct type but it arrived broken in box.I noticed that box was crushed and wet. Also not enough packing material inside for something this heavy and fragile. I received a replacement alternator for the wrong one and this time the part is correct but it came broken in the box. The box was flimsy, crushed, wet and did not have enough packing material for something this heavy and fragile. I cannot get a return label from you because I don't know how to send you pictures. received order on time installed struts just to find out they were locked up. Have not been able to contact customer service. they don't do customer service on the phone.tried to do online chat and was cut off. will never order from them again. it really trips my trigger that I got scammed so bad. I purchased a valve cover gasket with rings for my 02 honda accord and had them installed. I had to have my mechanic do it again because the gasket and rings where old and dry rotted and failed after putting them in. I also purchased a plug wire set that when received had a half a inch of dust on the box. The money i thought i was saving ended up costing me twice as much. I'm done with your closeout shit you get from other distributors.

Someone is attempting to charge an order to my credit card. There is NO way to contact these people to have it stopped before the charge is applied(at shipping). There may be a way of contacting Rock Auto but they sure make it difficult.

I've been locked out of the online help service because the part is windshield wiper I have a question about is now considered "Not Returnable" since it failed after I installed it. What's up with that? You all really need some way for customers to connect when they have special needs after the sale that only a call rep. can address. You make it basically impossible for a customer like me to report a problem. Despite your low prices and quick shipping, I will not be ordering from you again for a very long while.

I got 318.66 worth of parts and my card got charged 655.92 I tried to contact them or to talk to someone but that is impossible ,i will never order parts again from them poor service you got to take what ever you get or what ever they send you and what ever they want to charge you and there is nothing you can do about it ,I think its a huge BS place ,all i can say is i paid 375.83 to much....and cant do any thing about it been on the ccomputer and phone for 3 or 4 hours and still no further ahead ..and besides i never got all my parts i paid for so i'm done with ROCKAUTO its a scam.

I purchased online through rockauto a radiator for a Ford explorer i received a gas tank for some GM truck. The box was pretty much destroyed so i had to go out buy shipping tape. tape the box up find a fedex shipping drop off facility drive there drop it off mean while im still in need of a radiator should be some kind of a discount at least.

Never had to return anything to Rock Auto, been a customer for a lot of years, but to charge me to return wrong brake pads that were tried on another vehicle(inboard pad had grease on them &the plastic bag was cut open) is bullshit, they just lost a customer, I'll stick to the local Napa or Advance auto were there is no problem when returning wrong parts.

Bought what they said was my camshaft sensor. Turns out the parts goes nowhere on my 99 Ram. Went to the dealer and they told me the nearest thing the looked like the part was a speed sensor. Now since its over 30 days I cant get my money back for them selling me a part that they have labeled wrong. Never again... I will order from other online companies that have as good or better inventory and as good or better pricing. Rip off fckers. And during this time of Covid-19 when ya cant get to doing things right now, they keep my money for selling me a wrong part, per their website.

Order # 142368528. More than 2 months. No parts, no refund??? What’s going on???

I received my air conditioner condenser that I ordered from rock auto, I received it via FED EX. The package had been damaged and the product was damaged. The box had been re-taped several times. I call FED EX since it was a shipping issue and I was told that although I made a claim with them that that they could not refund the money for the damaged part because they have to refund it to rock auto. How does that help me? What do I do with a damaged product? Do I ship it back to rock auto? Who is responsible foe the shipping? I like the products from your company but in matters like this it would be helpful to talk to someone.

My girlfriend purchased a catalytic converter for her Honda Element around two years ago. Within a day or so of the install the insides crumbled and failed. Another one was purchase from someone else, was installed and still running today. The part was returned properly. Since then you have her money and her part and REFUSE to communicate with her in any way. She does not have the money to file suit. You have stolen $ 400.00 from a 64 year old senior and her 91 year old disabled mother. When they hardly have money to eat through Covid your sick greed and lack of compassion is on full display. At least 30 attempts have been been to at least communicate with you to no avail. Please show the public that you care about something other than profit!

I searched on line auto parts for Timken Wheel Bearings because all the local Auto Repair shops say they are the best because the are made in the U.S. I found Timken Bearings listed by Rock Auto and ordered a set for the front of my 2009 Town & Country. CAUTION TO ALL BUYERS: The Timken Bearings from Rock Auto are knock offs and are not made in the U.S.

HI, Looking for the fuel pump for the Rambler. the one on the car doesn't have a brand name. Only said BC, Is made in the USA. I was looking atthe Carte fuel pump in yor page and is very similar. this was has a gas filter in the pump. maybe the new ones dont have them or if they have it looks diferent. thanks for your help.

I bought the a/c compressor for my 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 Pick Up 5.9L L6 Diesel Turbocharged. Order #144014160. I recived like 2 moths and half, intalled and work perfect until yesterday. the compressor start a strong noise and stop cooling. Im try make the waranty claim and they said i can't return. In mid August I purchased a pair of door panels for my 98 Silverado. The freight company lost the order and of course I did not receive them. Contacted Rock Auto and they said they would send another set. Two days later the freight company calls and wants to know when I want them delivered. (imagine that, TWO days from the west coast to the east coast). So they are delivered, I inspect the contents, and all looks good. Only problem is, there were no fasteners. Contacted Rock Auto again, and was told that the company would ship me the fasteners. Last day to expect them was yesterday. No fasteners. I am finding it to be impossible to contact anyone to complain. The regular GM fasteners will not work because the hole in these new panels are bigger than the fasteners. I am really dissatisfied with Rock Auto on multiple levels. No customer service. No way to contact. Go in circles on the web page trying to get help. If I cannot get some satisfaction out of Rock Auto in this matter, I will take my dollars elsewhere.

I ordered 2 universal electric fuel pumps, both are defective, won't run. Rock Auto will not warranty because they claim not correct part for the vehicle. They are Universal parts. What's the problem?

The parts I ordered have now been delivered but came via Germany to the UK and incurred an extra £30 customs charge, can somebody tell me why?
