I'm trying to order front struts for a 1989 Toyota celica. When it shows 1, does that mean that I get just 1 or does 1 mean a set?

I have been trying to order 2 only Rear Self Levelling Shock absorbers for 2001 Mercedes Benz E 320 4 motion. Have tried multiple times. Sachs parts number 102420 Amount approximately $418. Talked to City Bank They tell me payment cleared at their end. Re Tried order -to be told by you that I have tried too often. Please confirm order placed and on its way.

I am very unhappy with RockAuto. I'm not able talk with a person there about my problem because not offered. New alternator has square plug hole and my old one is oval. Might be an easy fix but can't talk to any one there. Now I have extra shipping expense and having to wait. I won't order another thing from Rock Auto. Bad way to do business. Now big process sending back order. Really sucks. Will share my experience with my friends before they order something. This is bullshit!

I find this ridiculous. We have ordered tons of parts from rock auto without a problem. Now we have a part we were supposed to get today and fedex says they can not deliver it because Rock Auto put a restriction on it that it has wrong address. We spoke to fedex and the only way it can be resolved is if rock auto contacts fedex. Of course that is not going to happen because you can not contact rock auto via phone or anything else. I am done with this company.

I ordered motor mounts for my aveo the keep sending the Front; Hydraulic Mount for the right front do the even look at there return for a problem or read you comments the last orders I have not been satisfied with it takes a week to go 300 miles been waiting for a gasket that long I will not use rock auto if I need a part in a timely manner.

I would like to get the price on left & right side air intake grill located directly below the windshield. Surrounded by wiper blades.
