I emptied the reservoir, put a cup of vinegar in, filled with water, brewed a cup... let it sit for half hour. Tried to brew all the water/vinegar mixture out and nothing worked.

What do you suggest I do now.

Mcafe medium premium roast k cups explode in the machine. Grounds everywhere. Talked to customer service, they asked that I send a pic to you, there is no tab for attachments.

In a conversation with Pat in your Ohio location, I have been looking for a receipt for a Keurig Coffee maker Serial # 48.0300.0412479. After further research, I determined that it was given to me as a gift. I sent in the warranty card shortly after receiving. Only proof of Purchase ( gift) that I have is that I ordered "numerous accessories" from Amazon on May 20, 2016. Coffee maker was given to me on May 15,2016. I have a copy of the shipping order from Amazon for the accessories , How can I send you a copy?

I am using my 5yr old Keurig right now, we replaced it 3/7/18 with a new brighter red color Keurig K10 coffee maker. Last month it stopped working- Plugged into the counter outlet, put the water and coffee in it, put my cup in place as always, and it would not turn on. So I checked the outlet, all was working. we sent in the registration, serial no. 3131510067919 and was purchased thru walmart online. called the Keurig Customer Service help line and spoke to a gal Tawo- very pleasant and helpful. Thankyou in advance for your prompt response in this matter Keurig Company.

The site that was recommended support.keurig.com is not a secure site. This was noted on my computer and therefore I wasn't able to print instructions. I cannot believe that an instruction booklet was not included considering the price of the coffee maker.

We have a Keurig K-Compact we bought at WalMart. It stopped working and we took it back. They refused to replace it and said we should contact Keurig for a replacement.

Hello, so my Keurig 2.0 machine stopped working, the screen is white no matter what I do to it. I called in the keurig I had the machine for about two yrs , I was told it isn’t under warranty and more and that this model is Discontinue ! Not a happy camper right about now.

Earlier this week, I was going to make a cup of coffee for a lady who had never tried a Keurig before. When I turned on my Keurig, it immediately began steaming and sputtering water all over. I quickly went to turn it off, but the top was too hot to touch. I quickly reached to unplug it and the steam and hot, splattering water caused a serious burn on my forearm. This happened several days ago and my burn is still very sore and raw. I am hoping it does not get infected. My Keurig machine became so hot, the lid to the reservoir was too hot to touch and the plastic on the top is now discolored from the intense heat. The water holder got so hot, the side on the water reservoir warped! I don't know why this happened; the machine is less than a year old and I only use it once or twice a day. I have owned Keurig coffee machines since they first came out and nothing like this has ever happened before.

Green mountain french vanilla k-cups exploded. I have had two green mountain Keurig cups explode on me. Made a mess. Talk to some one at this email address and they said to contact you. Evidently you are trying to "go green" and reuse old green mountain keurig cups. The person that i contacted /spoke to said you would send me coupons. Please text me at 765/256-0437. Thanks. I used the order number that was sent but when I finished the order and checked ot, the number came up non working. was this a scam to get my adress and card number? or a legit offer for employees.

Got the Keurig as a gift July 17 2019 at amazon, put a pod in runs for a few,this comes up on screen, sorry brew interrupted , water under pressure did every thing it asked,every time i put a pod in it does it called the number 1866-901-BREW,told me what i was already doing gave me these letters told me to do this what i,m doing, so now what? BY the way the guy i talked too told me it was defective.

On the coffee making it said to unplug and do not use I received this as a gift and do not want ask my kids for the receipt. On Wednesday when I got up there was water all over my kitchen because of this if you can't fix the problem I will not recommend this brand to anyone. I was told to connect you for help and do not use this machine . The model was 2.0 -k475 plus series.

I received my order today 8/14/2020 the shipping box was crushed and two boxes of pods and the pods them selves were also damaged, my travel mug was also in the box, but was not damaged. I highly DO NOT recommend shipping though USPS at this time.

I am very disappointed that my Keurig Platinum Brewer abruptly stopped working. After troubleshooting with the Keurig representative for a long period of time, I was told that my unit was out of warranty and the only thing Keurig could do for me is provide a 20% discount for a new model. Please help me to understand why this was not communicated to me early in the conversation when the serial number of the machine was provided. I believe this was a waste of time on both our parts and very unhappy with Keurig. I have been a loyal customer for several years and do not understand how this could have happened.

Bought this machine late last year and the 12 cup carafe leaks every time you pour coffee into the cup. Has there been any other instances of the carafe leaking, or do I just have a bad carafe?

Too many bad Kcups. Too difficult to remedy issue. Moving on to another brand.
