I never received my order for a Microsoft Mouse BBY01-806077409860 even though I received message that it "was delivered on May 26." There is no way to request refund or replacement on Best Buy's website and an estimated 4 hour phone delay for customer service.

I purchased and picked up an upright freezer from a store. Upon unpacking it, after I got home ,I found that the freezer was damaged on one side. Tried calling the store to see if they would pick the damaged freezer up and deliver a new one, but they didn't answer the phone. Called the 800 number for Best Buy, on hold for over 45 minutes. Was told I would have to take it back to the store and have them deal with it. I think this very poor customer service. Will not be purchasing anything else from them.

I purchased a complete audio system for my car on 7/31/2020, installation was scheduled for 20 days later, about 10 days later I had to go to the store and pick up all the equipment even though it was being installed at that store. On that day the installer said he had an appointment a week earlier and rescheduled me for 8:25/2020 at 11:00am. They said it would take most of the day to do the job. I received a reminder text 48 hours in advance, I took the data off to get this done, cost me $200. When I arrived got my appointment at 10:45am I was informed by the installer that he couldn’t do mine that day and that the manager was supposed to call and let me know. I didn’t receive a call, text or email. And on top of all this it’s raining today and I had to drive what was my extremely clean corvette in it only to be canceled so not only do I not get a sound system today I also have to get my car detailed.

So I wasted a month with no radio, lost a days wages ($200) and now I have to have my car detailed. Thanks a lot for nothing. I returned everything and canceled install and as soon as I get home I’m calling in to cancel the Best Buy credit card. I will inform any and everyone my experience with this company in hopes of persuading them not to do business with y’all.

Sincerely one pissed off former customer.
