Best Buy customer service is beyond HORRIBLE!
I waited on the phone for 38 minutes to speak with an agent. When I told the agent that it took 38 minutes to be connected to her, she hung up on me....beyond HORRIBLE!!!
Refund on webroot
I had an account should not expire until May 2020. I ordered another account because webroot said my account expired past February 2020. I want refund on the order I placed today for webroot. I want to purchase geek squad computer service plan, which includes webroot. Not sure what to do.
Refund for Webroot? or Will you refund and reinstate webroot with Geek plan?
Best Buy stalling tactics
I have tried to contact BB for warranty repair. The put you on hold via phone and chat on internet. Their warranty is impossible to get implemented. Their repair parts are used and do not work.
Unwanted phone calls
I am tired of getting unwanted calls from you. I received 2 back to back already this morning. I am on the do not call list and will be turning you in. When you call the number back it is Best Buy and they are trying to sell you something. The person on the other line does not speak English well, stop the calls.
Get your sales elsewhere!
DVD purchase
Sadly, you're living up to my expectations. I keep trying Best Buy because they're my home town store and would like to see you flourish for the right reasons. We have a baby due shortly and need a Blu-Ray DVD player. I wanted to buy one and pick it up outside the store which is a feature listed. I've tried calling both the Apple Valley and Burnsville stores and received the same attention I'm used to while in store - NONE, I can't get anyone to pick up the phone.
Not 24/7 support
Having a computer to answer your calls does not mean that your number provides 24/7 support. There is no one there outside of normal business hours. No appropriate hours to callback were provided either.
Difficulty in reaching customer service
I found it very hard to reach a customer service agent. Someone from the online service answered but she wasn't attentive to my concern. She transferred me to Best Buys customer service department, per my request, but someone from Pacific Sales answered. She tranferred me to Best Buys Department of the store but I was on hold for several minutes and no one picked up. Very frustrating!
I don't understand why none of the customer service people there respond to customers' need. We were there yesterday to buy a $1,294 worth of an appliance and your customer service staff were just talking to each other, maybe due to lack of customers to attend to. It would be nice if you assign them to answer phone calls as well to cater to all your customers--and probably you'd gain more confidence and sales from us, your supposed-to-be valued customers.
