Order # 20934562, i ordered the part [filter bypass fixture broken in old part], replacement delayed due to illness and hospitalization. Replaced part 11/11, part immediately leaked between the cooler assy. and plastic housing. Had to obtain a replacement part locally to complete repair due to the needed use of the vehicle. Returned defective part for warranty, now i want to return the received part to be credited to my credit card. The receipt i received states i have until 12/23/2019 to return.

Only allows a replacement. Could not wait so bought part locally. Cannot just send it back for a refund. Cannot talk to any one. Phone numbers just get a recording. Should have better back up support. Spent a lot of money with rockauto. Will check out other options in the future.

My daughter has a 2002 Toyota Avalon. A mechanic 500 miles away said it needed new rotors. I ordered the rotors for the car, when I went to look at her car on a visit, the rotors were NOT needing to be changed. However, when we took them out of the box, the rotor was about 2" + thicker than the current ones and would NEVER have fit on the car even if I was going to change them. Which I was going to do since we had them. I would like to return these. Please tell me WHY I have to PAY SHIPPING WHEN YOU SENT ME A PART THAT WILL NOT FIT ON THE CAR???

Bought a left front window motor for a 2007 Buick Lucerne. If you look it up you will notice that although the drive gear on Cardone part# 8210600,and Aisin part# RMGM004 are on the same side of the plastic housing, the drive motor,and power connection are on the opposite sides. Very confusing.

Returned defective part for refund. received shipping label sent back to rock auto. have been waiting almost a month for refund. Can contact anyone to help me. Why not? Not anyway to run such a large company.

Rockauto has my part and my MONEY.

I bought a transmission cooler line on Sunday, ‎July ‎12, ‎2020, ‏‎12:01:42 PM.I checked under the car and found it to not even be close to what it is supposed to be. I need the order number( which I did not save because I can "supposedly" retrieve a list of all of my orders. The list they sent me eveything I ordered in 2018, two years ago. Now if I cannot find some support soon, then I will never risk another penny with rockauto and while I have been singing their praises before, I will be warning people about dealing with them.

I tried to place an order for tailgate hinges for a 2000 chevrolet silvarado 1500 and it did not go through. I later was able to make the order later; however, the order confirmation came back with hinges for a 2000 and 2010 set of tailgate hinges. I did not ever place an order for the 2010 hinges. I used the instruction to make corrections, but the order confirmation still had the 2010 hinges on it. I then tried to find a telephone number to contact someone at Rock Auto. When I found a number, the message I received was "Rock Auto does not handle Customer Service by Phone!!!!!!

I just looked for a pitman arm for a 1978 Plymouth Volare and I was unable to determine from their site the size of the spline (ie: diameter) and the other day I looked for parts for a 2000 Chevrolet s10 Xtreme (ie: Shock Absorbers) and they don't even have the vehicle listed. The suspension geometry on an Xtreme is different then an s10. Where is the benefit of dealing with this outfit. I am not impressed with this outfit.

Hi,

We ordered 8 u-joints back in July for our 2002 F250 power stroke diesel.

We just got the truck to the mechanic this week and he told us that the MOOG #331 were not the correct U-joints and they were discontinued and that we need #225. I know this is beyond the 30 days you require but we didn't know they were the wrong parts until now. Can I please return these to you and exchange these for the correct parts #225?

Ordered on 8/31/2020 have not received anything. You supposed to be checking with fedex to find my parts. I have bought from you for years. Next time i will look else where for my auto parts even if it cost more money. No customer service is not cool.

Looking at a front lower air deflector for my daughter car a piece of plastic goes under the front nose 4" by 1" maybe and it is thin and flimsy Cost $38.79 o.k nice price but they want $ at least $130.99 to ship it. So $38.79 part really cost $169.78!! really?

I received a phone call this morning that a part I order for my 1999 Corvette is no longer available or out of stock. I can not speak to anyone to see if the part will be available. They apparently have the right rear brake rotor but not the left one. No way to contact them to see if they will have the left rotor or not no sense having one without the other. The money has already been taken out of my account So do I wait and see if they have another ordered or cancel this order? No help at all. I will contact the BBB if i don't get an answer and have this problem. Horrible customer service.
