I spoke with Kevin at the Madison,Tn Home Depot. I also spoke with the Lebanon, Tn store. I teach carpentry to high school kids, we are building a tiny house as we did one last year and I go these items. So why is it so hard that Home depot can't get me these items, when you have them on your web sites. All I need is the shower unit SKU#762566 $193.00 and a 6 panel 32" door pine door slab SKU# 612281 $114.00, we are in TN, tax exempt and cannot get these items shipped to store or to the school. Why is this? very unsatisfied.

Drove 12 miles paid $40 a gallon for 2 gallon of paint. could not get it shaken. waited and waited, did some shopping came back same people, same people sill waiting.Not the one poor ladies working fault. Other home depot workers waking around doing nothing. should have went to Lowes better service.

What ever happened I have been a patron of home depot and have their card. But never before had I had to deal with such stupidity.I ordered paint and they kept messing up the order repeatedly. When I voiced my dissatisfaction I got a lecture about being rude. I said I cannot stand incompetence.When they finally got it right I had to ask several times while he continued to lecture me.To add insult to injury some fool followed me out and said if I ever came there again I would regret it. I take that as a threat.What ever happened to customer satisfaction?

I ordered on line a Log Splitter on 5/21/2020 and was notified that my order was ready for pick up on June 4. 2020. I went to Home Depoy to pick up my order of 3 items. I was told that the Log Splitter would be loaded on my truck. The package was damaged on the side and the metal pallet was damage as well. I was asked if I want it or not. I told them I would not accept a damaged it and it was taken back into the store. Now I am being told that a new undamaged Log Splitter will ready for pick up at the end of July or early July. Does Home Depot know that customer service? I am questioning if I should shop at their stores, since it will take over a month to get an item on-line.

They have done to me what no other company has done. Make me wait for a microwave for over a month. I ordered in june 13th. I ordered because i needed it not because i wanted an extra one to look pretty. I should be given a refund and the free microwave.

I have been unable to get a simple question about an item I have paid for and awaiting delivery. Order # WM10851661. Trying to see if the delivery includes installation. I ordered on July 3rd delivery is in Aug 10. That is bad enough but customer service is a nightmare. When I dial the number given for customer care I get a menu that no matter what I choose takes me to an aggressive sales site. I will continue to attempt a resolution of the problem and if not answered by COB monday will be forced to cancel the order. I am certain I can buy a french door refrigerator at any number of places.
